We had a perfect stay - everything was as described, the small touches (airport transfer, complimentary car hire) made our stay and the free breakfast every morning was delicious! The pool and surroundings were beautiful, and Stamatina not only made recommendations of places to visit and where to eat but also booked things on our behalf! The later checkout on the final day to allow us to chill around the pool before our evening flight was the cherry on top. Everything is set up by Stamatina to remove any hassle and stress and ensure you enjoy your holiday to the fullest - thank you so much for your hospitality, we will definitely be staying again in future!

If I could give more stars I would. Best Airbnb/hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful and clean with amazing hospitality. A short walk away from the main beach and restaurants making it a little more peaceful. Special thanks to Penny and Co at reception for being so helpful.

From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and special. Not only was the property beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located, but the care and kindness shown by our hosts made all the difference. One of the standout moments was when they generously arranged taxis for us which we deeply appreciated, especially given how tricky transportation can be on the island. They were always available for recommendations, super responsive, and genuinely warm people who made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We left feeling like we had made amazing memories in Santorini. If you're considering a stay here, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem and the hosts are truly exceptional.

JUST AMAZING. Our first time in Greece and we chose Santorini for our babymoon and my wife and I are so glad we chose to stay here. From arrival until we left, the hospitality was incomparable. All the staff were always willing to help, were kind beyond measure and were also a pleasure to talk to. The location offers amazing views of the caldera, is romantic, peaceful and quieter but also central enough to check out other areas of the island with ease. The staff provided us with great recommendations and were more than happy to do so. They always checked to make sure my pregnant wife was enjoying her stay, and when I injured myself on our last day, they went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed to fly out the next day and continued to check on us throughout the day. Don’t hesitate to book here. We’ve already been raving to all our family and friends about our time here and will absolutely come back in the future.

This was such a great little find with such a beautiful setting and pool. Absolutely idyllic for me. Great location, quietly set back from the main sea front and yet minutes away from the main restaurants, bars, bus stop etc.

Great experience! Very nice hotel in Akrotiri, a beautiful saltwater pool, sunbeds available, clean rooms, daily cleaned, bar and restaurant available and welcoming staff. The only problem is in the noise of our room (number 13) located just below the restaurant… So a lot of machine noises, chairs, various clacs quite early in the morning (7am) and late at night (11pm). In addition to this detail adjusted with quiescent balls, very pleasant stay!

Thank you to your team, we had a very warm welcome. Bottle of water and a bottle of champagne in the fridge when we arrive. Pleasant, after a long trip by plane & for a first jaccuzi. Slippers and Bathrobe. Garbage cans & bath towels are regularly changed. And add toilet paper and coffee, if needed. (Ps: linens changed once, for a week-long stay). Amazing view. and despite the airport opposite, it was not an inconvenience. The locals are all very kind & welcoming. 🩵 ps: the restaurant "Johnnie" within walking distance: amazing 😍

We had a great time! The location is close to the airport, easy to access if you rent a quad to reach other cities and especially very clean. The hotel team does the laundry and cleaning every day and very discreetly. Everything was perfect. Note however: no iron and rather hard mattress...

I enjoy my stay at this Airbnb. The private pool was always comfortable. The staff was always nice. The location was great. The Airbnb was eight minutes from Fira which had a lot of popular restaurants and nightclubs

Our stay was amazing! After traveling for 15 days across Europe this was by far the best stay we had. The family of this family owned hotel was one of the most polite, helpful, and down to earth people we encountered our entire trip. The hotel not only had beautiful sites, but very easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Need a place an ATV to rent? They do it for you. Need a ride to and from the airport? They will do it for you. Need to be picked up in Fira or Oia? They will do it for you. When I say this is a shut your brain off and relax kind of place to stay, I mean it. Thank you for giving us the best trip, we promise to be back!!

We stayed here for five days and had a very good experience at the hotel. We were greeted with kindness when we checked in and received lots of good recommendations and offers of things to do on the island. We got all this from the hotel manager, a really nice man who worked every day. Short walking distance to the beach and easy to take the bus to Fira!

It’s a nice place for a good price. They help arrange my transport from the ferry and to the airport making it hassle free. At check in host explained carefully the maps and places to eat and upgrades our room to a a larger suite. The bathroom was kind of small but the location is great and right across the street from everything you need.

Very good stay, very nice hotel!

First and foremost I must say there aren’t enough Tijana’s in the world! Not only is she so responsive with questions, she provides guidance and solutions to things you haven’t even thought of yet. She organized transportation for us to and from the port, she even had the ATV delivered to the air b&b on our arrival and recommended lots of activities and restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was delish and it was an added bonus that there were flexible times to enjoy it depending on the guests scheduled day! The property is very quaint and the rooms were larger than I expected. We personally loved the location because it was close to all the areas you want to visit with the break from large crowds. If you plan a visit to Santorini, you should definitely visit here and meet Tijana-she’s the best! We would definitely recommend this to anyone!

A perfect place to stay getting all the positives of the scenery of santorini with out any hassle of the over crowding. Amazing view, clean and beautiful room in any way. Add to the mix the amazingly helpful stuff and it's a heavenly place to stay.

This place was great for our stay because it is a close walk to the beach, good shops, and restaurants nearby. This host also helped us while checking in and gave us good recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing host, very quick response to every question. Very clean and very nice, cozy place. Great location and close to everything in town. I couldn’t ask for more. GREAT stay if you want to be close to the iconic Santorini streets and Caldera views, but can’t afford a villa right in central Oia. It’s a short walk to the busy streets and you can enjoy the quieter area with a pool view of the ocean. The room was large and it’s located right by the bus stop! We greatly appreciated the hospitality and the free morning breakfast was great!

Perfect location! They very easily arranged a car rental which made things amazingly easy! The Cave of Nicholas is an awesome restaurant.

Lovely suite very close to the centre of Fira. The room was very beautiful and spacious.
