Η γειτονιά είναι πολύ φιλόξενη και ήσυχη,100 μέτρα από το γραφικό λιμανάκι του Κολυμπαρίου και 20 μέτρα μακρυά από την παραλία. Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι θα βρείτε σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, γυμναστήριο, φούρνο, καφέ, παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, μαγαζί με φρέσκα φρούτα και λαχανικά καθώς και μαγαζί με φρέσκα ψάρια.
