Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kamala

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

Beautiful stay, we would book again :)

We loved our stay at Boyd's place - so close to the beautiful Kamala beach - just a quick walk of 2 minutes down the road, and we were watching the incredible sunset with our feet in the sand. I can't say enough about the amenities of this villa. We were very pleased with the functional items, as we had been traveling for nearly a month, it was nice to do our own laundry (bring detergent), and there were racks and several outdoor decks for easy drying. There is everything you need to make and serve simple meals including a separate kitchen - if you wanted to do a big dinner you would have to bring in different items for prep and service, but with planning that's no issue. The space seats and sleeps at least 6 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor private areas are lovely, well-maintained, clean. The car park at the door is a great convenience. Nice beds, good decor, clean. Staff were professional and welcoming, and were available 24 hours a day. Everything as pictured or better!

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

Very nice place to stay with family, especially with small kids. Nice pool for all family, comfortable facilities in secure and private place. 5 min drive to the beach. Very easy and helpful communication with host. We will be happy to back next year. : 😀

Except for a few small things, everything was as hoped for. The contact person for everything around the house Ivan was always available and immediately provided help and support. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. I can recommend the place with a clear conscience.

Villa is not quite new, I would estimate somewhat 10~15 years old. Yet in a perfect condition. Staff is instant response and professional, no delays, no nervous things. Location and view is superior on top of the hill, exceeding those on top floor of tallest Patong hotels. Beach is somewhat 7 minutes walk. 24/7 free tuc-tuc included to/from the gate, and it takes about 2 mins. Villa is definitely expensive, but worthy. Keep up good job guys, thank you 👍

We had an incredible stay at John’s villa. He was exceptionally helpful in managing our requests for additional transfers, super efficient with any information we needed or any facilitation on things within the villa. His check in and checkout process was exceptionally thorough and we had some great conversations with him as well! It’s a beautiful villa tucked away with lush green views all around and super close to lots of restaurants and shops. It has the perfect blend of privacy as well as stuff to do around the area and a definite win for big groups. Loved our stay!

I was lucky enough to be able to book this beautiful apartment with a pool and breathtaking views of the sea on Airbnb. We spent ten days in this luxury apartment and immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is very pleasantly tempered, thanks to numerous permanently installed and draft-free air conditioning units, a pleasant freshness is distributed in the apartment. The bathrooms are very spacious and modern, and we liked the kitchen and the living room just as much. The beds were very comfortable and a walk-in closet is also available. Michael and his on-site manager always responded immediately to questions and immediately accommodated me with a small problem. The spacious pool was super clean and we were very often just on the terrace and enjoyed our time. You can order food very easily via the Grab app, and a taxi order is also possible. We had a rental car and were able to park directly in front of the property.

Absolutely perfect - gated community private car port, beautiful roof terrace , gardens and pool . Villa was perfect and in a perfect area for many shops , restaurants & bars and Bang Tao beach . Couldn’t suggest any way to make it better and highly recommend staying there . Thankyou Frank

Per and Sirilak are by far the most welcoming hosts I’ve had — and I’ve done quite a few trips through Airbnb. Communication was great from start to finish. They helped us arrange the airport transfer and kindly allowed both early check-in and late check-out. The apartment itself is lovely, well-equipped, and we didn’t miss anything during our stay. Sukhon is a pleasant, responsive and understanding host! Clean and well-equipped house with lots of Sukhon touches such as coffee, fruit and snacks. Pretty pool and large terrace above .

Look no further. This villa was perfect for our 8 day stay in Phuket. It allowed everyone to have their own bedroom & bathroom. The property is SPOTLESS. The villa staff take excellent care of the property down to a debris free pool. Amy was so helpful with answering my many questions and assisting with recommendations. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here, & if I were to return, I would definitely stay here again.
