Holiday rentals with a pool in Kalyvia Thorikou

We had a wonderful stay! The house is well equipped, clean, and perfectly located—just a few steps from the beach. Vasileios and his family are incredibly kind and welcoming. When you're traveling with kids, it's so important to feel supported, and we truly felt that here. It’s comforting to know someone is nearby and willing to help if needed. Highly recommend this place for families—we’d love to come back!

Amazing - I could not fault this AirBnb listing in any shape or form. Kyriaki was the most accommodating host from the start and assisted with all our queries without hesitation including questions around transfers, facilities and location. Kyriaki greeted us upon arrival and talked us through key aspects of the house - she was so friendly and approachable. The house was beautiful, well located (10 min walk from the beach) and provided all the facilities to make for a more than comfortable stay. She even went above and beyond in helping us with an incident we had during our holiday, if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much again x

The location is exceptional, the house was spotless, and the pool and view were absolutely dreamy! Antonis was always quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We truly hope to return someday,it was a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and always easy to communicate with. On our arrival, we were delighted to find a lovely assortment of treats left by the hosts, waiting for us in the fridge—fresh fruits, delicious marmalade, bread, and some drinks, including wine. also some exquisite local olive oil and cookies. The house is beautifully decorated, with charming rooms that felt like a fairy tale. Our kids loved it, especially with the many toys ,English books and the lovely treehouse in the garden. It truly felt like a magical getaway! Equipped with everything we could need, the house provided us with towels and swimming pool towels, as well as toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. We visited in late October when the weather was a pleasant 22 degrees, allowing us to bask in the sun by the pool. We also made unforgettable memories enjoying a barbecue and soaking in the jacuzzi. Delightful!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is like the pics and description, and felt bigger than we expected - very spacious for just two. The pool is fabulous, and with the retracting roof you can always have a bit of shade. Very easy to get into central Athens on the local tube. The perfect location to sightsee in the main city, but also be able to relax by the pool at the hottest points of the day. Also only a 10-15 min Uber to the beach. Would thoroughly recommend this rental if you’re visiting the area!

Our stay was wonderful! All spaces were very comfortable and clean with AC in all bedrooms and all the amenities we needed for our stay! The location was very peaceful and the view from all the rooms and the infinity pool was breathtaking! We highly recommend this serenity gem !

An incredible oasis in the heart of a hip neighborhood in Athens. Great food, accessible to other parts of the city, very walkable, and the apartment is GORGEOUS. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and the pool is *chef's kiss*

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

The apartment is just like the pictures. Alexis was very responsive and answered all our questions. We found some good places to eat. The apartment was very cozy and just the space we needed after a long day of sightseeing.

Very cool and very nice place

Rhodric’s apartment is a superb place for as longer stay in the Athens region. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants and beaches less than 10 minutes drive away, easy access to downtown Athens and to the south of the Attic Peninsula. The apartment is spacious, the garden- like backyard and the pool are nicely shielded from local winds - you feel like in a villa in the countryside even though you’re right in the middle of Athen’s Glyfada suburb with even a direct view onto the sea. A rental car is highly recommended; you can park it in a private and covered parking lot. The place easily accommodates four guests. Excellent communication and every wish fulfilled within minutes. Couldn’t have been any better!

It was the perfect location for 2 couples, close to local amenities and great food, and beautiful beaches It was the home from home we needed for a relaxing stay . The apartment is a great size and plenty of space for 4 adults . John made us feel right at home and nothing was too much hassle with quick responses. The kitchen had all the basics we needed along with a few extras , a good size fridge freezer for food and drinks. Use of a washing machine ( google translate helped to use it ) and we had clean towels and bedding with spares . The pool was clean and just outside the apartment and was relatively peaceful location with little noise disruptions. All the doors have bug screens as well as shutters. There was a bathroom/shower room on each floor so we had one per couple , including a comfortable sitting area downstairs. Each floor has its own balcony with seating and there is also an airer to dry clothes . It’s the perfect escape in a beautiful location

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.

Words can’t describe how incredible Maria and Monolis’ house is! A charming, fully-equipped castle perched within the mountains. The infinity pool was beyond amazing, there were lots of places to lounge around to take in the character of the house itself and also the picture perfect landscape. Maria and Monolis were both communicative and helpful throughout our stay, they kindly provided us with a food basket and drinks upon arrival which we were super appreciative of. Overall, our stay was faultless, and I have to say that this is probably the most wonderful Air BnB home I’ve ever stayed at. I would highly recommend!!

With good weather, it's paradise, but even on cloudy days, its charm shines through.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is in excellent shape and we loved the rooftop view and pool. The neighhood is great and there's a wonderful walk by the park which leads you to many great restaurants. Our hosts were always available and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again.

We had a two-week vacation in the apartments provided by Alina and felt like home. The house is not far from the sea, evening walks to the sea were a special pleasure. Shops, taverns in walking distance, parking, chic pool, brand new house, furniture, all necessary appliances, internet ... what else do you need for relaxation?! We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!
