Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Very nice and well-equipped house with a breathtaking terrace. Communication with Vasiliki was good, she usually responded very quickly. With us, only the washing machine did not work and the beach/shops were a few minutes further away than described. But all in all a wonderful stay in a great house.

Our stay at Angelos and Ioanna’s place couldn’t have been any better. They were warm, welcoming, and accommodating, which we really appreciate. Moreover, the apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Afytos. We specially enjoyed spending the evenings in the balcony and tasting all the delicious treats that they had prepared for us. We definitely recommend it!

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

Thanks to the Nikiti Dream house, our vacation was even more enjoyable. Great house, much nicer than the photos. Very clean and well maintained. We were very comfortable thanks to the location of the house and the pool, especially on very hot days. Every detail has been thought out in the house. We'd love to come back next year. The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

The apartment is very spacious and has all the needed amenities. It is in a walkable distance to the city center, but in a very quiet area. There is a parking space. The host is very friendly and responsive. There is nothing negative about the property and I highly recommend it.

First of all, I would like to point out that the hosts Elena and Nikos are very cordial, helpful and at any moment ready to assist you in everything related to your stay in their apartment, Psakoudia and Sithonia in general. The apartment on the ground floor is very clean, completely new and contains everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The house is located approximately 100 meters above the motorway and is the perfect location for a peaceful vacation, as it is separated from the hustle and bustle of the main town. If you want, you can reach the beach on foot in about 10 minutes. Absolute recommendation for anyone who wants a clean and tidy brand new apartment and hosts who are always at your service.

An ideal place to relax, with welcoming hosts, a quiet, comfortable and intimate location, with the possibility of choosing several pleasant ways of spending your time: a beautiful wild beach is nearby, and a walk of about 5 minutes are numerous restaurants and bars with the impeccably landscaped beach area. We (a group of three) had a wonderful time in Mola Kaliva - the Apartment was spacious and offered everything you need for some relaxing days in Chalkidiki. Katerina was a great host, that responded quickly and helped us out with various suggestions as to where to eat, what to do etc. Whoever wants to relax in a beautiful apartment right by the sea should choose Katerina’s place. I would always come back.

Great place right on the beach. Apartment looks like it was recently remodeled and everything is very new and nice. Location is perfect. Emma was responsive and provide all details in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I truly enjoyed both the Airbnb and the town of Afytos so much. Not only did they provide so many amenities they also were incredibly responsive and kind. I could not reccomend staying with Νίκος & Τάνια enough.

We loved our stay at the place. It was nice and clean. The apartment is recently refurbished. You can see the beach from the balcony. It really is 1 min. walk. There are restaurants and stores nearby. It is really convenient and we plan to visit again. The only cons I can point out are that the beach has a lot of small stones (easy to solve with swimming shoes, which you can buy there) and on cloudy days the sun collectors can't heat the water too much but I think this is only a problem if you visit in the second part of September like we did.

We were here at the end of May and very satisfied with the apartment. The area is very quiet, but there are still many restaurants and small cafes nearby. The apartment was very clean and all amenities as described. The check-in was very easy and flexible. We were even able to check in at 11 a.m. by arrangement. There was no private parking at the property, but always plenty of parking on the street directly in front of the property.

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We had a few wonderful days in Thessaloniki and we chose Andreas's apartment because it is close to the center and there is enough space to park your car. In the city center it is difficult to park even though there are many parking lots. The apartment is small and cozy, the interior designer did a perfect job. It has everything you need for a short or longer stay. You can cook in the apartment, but we chose to eat out. The food in Thessaloniki is excellent and very tasty. The choice of restaurants is huge. The people are very nice and helpful. Andreas sent us a list of places to visit and that was very useful. To get around we used the metro for one or two stops. My son was impressed that there was no one to drive him and that's why we were always at the front. So you could say that this is part of the attractions in my opinion:) I recommend Andreas' apartment. The area is calm and quiet. We slept very well. Communication with Andreas is easy and he is always available.

My friend Lisa, who I booked the Airbnb for, really liked the space. Ariadni was very good at responding and made sure Lisa felt alright. she would definitely stay with her again!

Nancy's apartment in Thessaloniki is a fabulous place to stay in a wonderful city. It's a bright, stylish, modern amenities, great facilities with lots of space and excellent design. It's close to everything - the wonderful archaeological sites, restaurants, shops etc. Communications were all swift, clear and helpful and Nancy was particularly kind and accommodating when we needed help with a small issue. She even came over to help us out and brought us some delicious local cake! Nancy is an amazingly thoughtful host. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Thessaloniki.

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!
