Very pleasent stay, the location is excellent with a see view and very warm hosts

First of all, the view was fantastic, and we had quick access to what I think was the nicest part of the beach in the city. The appartement had everything we could need and the living room was spacious and decorated nicely. The bedrooms were tiny but cozy and comfortable. We used the aircon in the living room to cool the whole appartement at night. Dimitris was a lovely host and greeted us kindly even though we couldn't give him a time of arrival in advance. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely little villa but not quite as described. Not so much of a beach as just access to water which was still fine but not really what we were expecting. Villa was also a little smaller than the photos seemed to show. Had a lovely time regardless and the host was very friendly and helpful always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

La casa es preciosa. Muy acogedora. Excelente ubicación. Las indicaciones que la anfitriona proporciona son muy claras y fáciles de seguir. Ella es muy amable y siempre está al pendiente de lo que se necesita. Sin duda regresaré en alguna otra ocasión. 🤗🤗🤗

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

Es ist ein idyllischer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen und zur Ruhe zu kommen mit einem uralten Olivenbaum zum darunter verweilen, 30m vom menschenleeren Strand emtfernt. Toller Swimmingpool mit Abendbeleuchtung und Sprungbrett. Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter und seiner Familien macht diesen Urlaub unvergesslich!

Nasz pobyt w tym apartamencie był absolutnie cudowny! Było czysto, przytulnie i komfortowo. Gospodarze byli przemili, bardzo pomocni i dbali o każdy szczegół. Jedzenie w restauracji było wyśmienite - świeże, smaczne i wspaniale podane. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten apartament wszystkim, którzy szukają spokojnego i przyjemnego miejsca na wypoczynek. Wrócimy tam z przyjemnością!

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

Wir haben Irinis Hause in der absoluten Nachsaison im Oktober gebucht. Und das war super, denn wir hatten die tollen Strände für uns alleine. Das Haus und der Pool ist perfekt, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Betten bequem. Unser Highlight, die Katzen der Nachbaren. Das Haus ist umgeben von olivenbäumen. Und morgens kräht der Hahn und der Ziegenhirte läuft am Garten vorbei. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, schon alleine um die vielen Strände zu besuchen. Natürlich waren viele Restaurants und Geschäfte nicht mehr auf. Unser Tipp ist Afitos, wo man noch eine gute Auswahl hat. Hier unbedingt zum Restaurant Mpogiata essen gehen! Am Strand von Pefkohori zwischen Pier und Wassersport Pefkohori war auch noch ein paar Bars offen. Der Whitebeach bei uns im Ort hatte noch Liegen stehen, die wir für 10 Euro nutzen durften. Am dem Strand dort waren wir ebenfalls alleine! In der Nebensaison würden wir zu hundertprozent nochmal wiederkommen.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Very comfortable and clean apartment in the centre of Neos Marmaras. The view of the sea is pretty. Marini was very very helpful. He gave us good recommendations for food and drinks and places to visit. The communication was really good and friendly. We felt very welcome in Neos Marmaras. I would recommend this airbnb! It was also very clean. Comfortable bed and the balcony was great.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit! Wir durften sogar 2h früher einchecken, was uns Ilias von sich aus geschrieben hat. Wie kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch und doch nah genug an allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Haus selbst ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem unsere Kinder gerne gespielt haben. Der Vermieter war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus von Efi war von Vorne bis Hinten toll! Schon vor Reisebeginn erhielten wir von Efi Informationen über die nähere Umgebung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Ausflugsziele. Dazu gab es eine ausführliche Wegbeschreibung sowie ein unkomplizierter Self-Check-in. Im Ferienhaus angekommen, waren wir begeistert: das große Grundstück, den wirklich schön angelegten Garten, das super gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtete Haus. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Sogar einen kleinen Einkauf, mit dem wir den ersten Tag locker geschafft hätten, hatte Efi uns bereit gestellt: Wasser, Obst und Gemüse, Nudeln, Tomatensauce und eine Flasche Wein warteten als Willkommensgeschenk auf uns. Vielen Dank dafür! Über unseren Aufenthalt hinweg haben wir regelmäßig mit Efi Kontakt gehabt, sie hat immer unmittelbar geantwortet und uns super freundlich in allen Fragen geholfen. Tausend Dank, liebe Efi , für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Hem ev sahibimiz hem de ev mükemmeldi ! Alexandra bizi çok güzel karşıladı, hep ilgiliydi ve çok yardımseverdi, mesajlarımıza çok hızlı yanıt verdi. Ev çok huzurlu, sakin, bakımlı bir yazlık sitede yer almaktadır. Tüm ev tertemizdir, zevkli dekore edilmiştir. Bolca oturma grubu yer alan geniş terası çok keyiflidir, yemyeşil bahçesinin ve deniz manzarasının keyfini kuş sesleri eşliğinde çıkarabilirsiniz. Mutfak ve banyoda da ihtiyacınız olan herşeyi bulabilirsiniz. Klima mevcut, ancak zaten akşamları güzel rüzgar aldığından ihtiyaç bile duymadık. Sitenin kendine ait şemsiyeli bir plajı da mevcut, kompleks içerisinde bir market bulunmakta, süpermarketler de oldukça yakın. Konumu itibariyle hem Kassandra hem de Sithonia’yı gezmek için çok ideal. Yolumuz Halkidiki’ye tekrar düşerse , tereddüt etmeden yine tercih edeceğiz . This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.
