I booked the place for my two children and they were very satisfied. Upon request the clear instructions were given and the contact number, too. Nearby Keels Supermarket helped them many ways. The place is neat and tidy. They did not have any problem during their stay. The security person is an additional bonus. Only thing is there is a nasty dog belong to one of the neighbours and it is worth informing them to shut the gate. Once my daughter had shut it as the dog was running towards her. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay near Katubedda Campus. I might book the place again, as the place is walkable to my mum. I wish you all the best.

Dam's place is a cozy and well-located spot that I'm sure anyone will love. The place has a great view, and the place offers all the amenities you're looking for. Highly recommended.

Chanuka and the family members helped us during our stay for close to a week. They were very responsive to all the requests we made. Common facilities at the resort (restaurant and pool) were in great condition too which made the money we paid totally worth it. We would stay at Chanuka's place again. all the best.

A very nice cosy place. I really liked the place.

When we selected this house for a two day stay -for a very much needed rest- along the river, we expected to be there by ourselves (a couple). But after arrival it seemed that we were only renting a room in the house of the owner(s) and the caretaker. So we were supposed to share kitchen, living room and other facilities. This was not how this Airbnb was 'sold' to us on the Airbnb site. i am sure that this did not happen with any bad intention. Once we expressed our disappointment, without any doubt, Gayani gave us a full refund. Otherwise all is well with the house. View is great. Gayani is a super kind person. So all is well except for the fact that you are not renting a whole house but just a room in the house of a Sri Lankan family. If that is what you are looking for, I can fully recommend this place.

Das Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Strand ist ein Traum. Suren, sein Bruder sowie seine Mutter sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nice place with 24 hours security personnel available. The area is very private and only has about 13 ish houses. The owner Isuru communicates well and attends to matters immediately. We were just only 2 people but the house is ideal for more people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms where the upstairs master bedroom comes with AC unit which was our main reason to book. Easy access to Kottawa and Piliyandala area. We loved the temple being right across the road. Isuru managed to turn up when we were leaving the house as well.

A home away from home - Stayed nearly a month in Jan-Feb 2025, with family. Ravindra's communication was excellent; prompt and respectful. House - newly built, very spacious, fully functional modern inclusions. The care taker/neighbor was very helpful. Cleaners were available on request. Had difficulty in finding the place initially. Overall we were very happy with the stay.
