We had a fantastic stay at Dimitris' place! The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in the charming Upper Town – a real highlight of Thessaloniki. Dimitris was a great host, very friendly and always ready with the best local tips for restaurants and sights. We loved the neighborhood, the food, and the atmosphere – everything was just perfect. We spent our Easter holidays with our kids and extended family from Greece and Germany — and everyone absolutely loved it! The location is exceptional, close to Litochoro and Plaka, with stunning views of Mount Olympus and the sea. It’s the perfect place for a large group or big family. The kids had a great time playing in the garden, enjoying the small private playground, and exploring the natural surroundings. We made good use of the kitchen and the outdoor barbecue area to cook and enjoy meals together — everything we needed was right there. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already planning to come back!

Nice villa, had everything we needed. The views are amazing and the yard is awesome! You can't really walk to the city, but it's 3 minutes away by car.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

We stayed for four nights and everything was okay. The hosts are very kind and responsive. The big plus of the place is the garden, especially if you have children. The WIFI also was good :)

A friendly host. He gave nice tips to do and where we could eat well. The house was spacious and has nice beds.

We loved staying at Agabi-Chrysi's place. Everything was very well maintained and communication with her was excellent. She helped with questions within 5 minutes and was very kind. Check-in was straightforward and everything you needed in everyday life was to be found. The location and surroundings are quiet and you are within 5 minutes on the beach. The garden is also huge and you have plenty of space to unfold. However, it is also very insightful, but you can also see this on the pictures. In summary, we can definitely recommend the stay.

We had a lovely time in the beautiful house on the hilltop above the sea. The location is great, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the inland hills. The balcony is great for having breakfast in the morning with a sea view and watching the sunset in the evening. The house is very richly equipped, everything you need is available. And on top of that, we were also wonderfully warmly welcomed by the parents of Ifgenia. Her mother had made delicious pastries, there was water and a nice bottle of wine cool. There was toppings, toast, coffee, tea... The bathroom was also richly provided with beauty products. Ifgenia's father came to bring us an extra fire, in case it would be too fresh, but we didn't need that. This is the best vacation rental we've ever been to for me. With the wonderful hospitality that characterizes the region so much. A gem in a region that has forever stolen our heart. Recommended!

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

The villa is great, very comfortable and clean. There are utensils and cooking facilities for many people, everything has been thought of with attention to detail. We were 10 adults for the New Year celebration, it was very sunny, calm and beautiful! The yard, barbecue and pool are superb. There is a peaceful large terrace with a view of the sunset. Thanks Chrisa for making us feel wonderful these 3 days!

The room as well as the bathroom and shower were super clean. Irini was impeccable in everything, she had cold water in the fridge in the house. The space is cozy but comfortable for a couple. The room had A/C which performs impeccably. Finally, it has a very nice balcony, quiet, overlooking the sunset and the sea. Great and affordable option, we recommend it ❤️ Thanks Eirini!

it was Quite good vacation for us. House is very large and there are enough beds for everyone. It was so clean and view was good. Houses near was quite calm and peaceful. If i were to come again, i would definitely stay here.

Great place in the center of Kallikratia. The parking spot is a big plus and also the fact that is one of the few places that accept bigger dogs like our golden retriever makes it a rare find. We would be back here for sure.

We stayed at Sia for 10 days. The surroundings are beautiful , the place is very quiet. The sea is very clean and see-through , ideal for families with children. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures shown with new furniture. The kitchen has everything necessary. And finally, Sia is very friendly and kind, she gave us information regarding the restaurants, beaches and near towns. We really enjoyed this vacation , thank you Sia !
