The apartment had everything you need. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and even got 2 large bottles of water. The bed was very cozy and also the mooring in the living room to watch TV, we liked it

We had a fantastic stay at Dimitris' place! The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in the charming Upper Town – a real highlight of Thessaloniki. We spent our Easter holidays with our kids and extended family from Greece and Germany — and everyone absolutely loved it! The location is exceptional, close to Litochoro and Plaka, with stunning views of Mount Olympus and the sea. It’s the perfect place for a large group or big family. The kids had a great time playing in the garden, enjoying the small private playground, and exploring the natural surroundings. We made good use of the kitchen and the outdoor barbecue area to cook and enjoy meals together — everything we needed was right there. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already planning to come back!

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

We stayed for four nights and everything was okay. The hosts are very kind and responsive. The big plus of the place is the garden, especially if you have children. The WIFI also was good :)

Wish I could have stayed longer. Has everything you need and the location right on the beach with green all around was perfect for my disabled dog and me. We were attending an event and were able to invite other members to sit at the bench in the evening to drink wine and chat in a lovely environment, it felt like home, and the direct neighbors were lovely.

A friendly host. He gave nice tips to do and where we could eat well. The house was spacious and has nice beds.

We stayed with 4 people at this nice house and felt really welcomed. The house has everything we expected and the pool was great after a long day out exploring the area. The GYM was for free and a nice touch. We would certainly come back.

Nice villa, had everything we needed. The views are amazing and the yard is awesome! You can't really walk to the city, but it's 3 minutes away by car.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! The villa is great, very comfortable and clean. There are utensils and cooking facilities for many people, everything has been thought of with attention to detail. We were 10 adults for the New Year celebration, it was very sunny, calm and beautiful! The yard, barbecue and pool are superb. There is a peaceful large terrace with a view of the sunset. Thanks Chrisa for making us feel wonderful these 3 days!

Stayed at Eleftherios with family and it was perfect! Peacful and calm small town that had everything we needed and a lot of beauriful places were nearby. We were extremely happy with the apartment and with the host - Eleftherios was very helpful and made sure we feel at home while visiting Greece and Chalkidiki. We would highly recommend this place and would be happy to return someday!

Excellent villa whit 3 single beds and one double bed. Great location just 2 minutes walk from the beach and few seconds from the Sani club entrance. Really quiet place, ideal for vacation, backyard is amazing and we enjoy in pine trees shadow. I will definitely recommend this place.

The room as well as the bathroom and shower were super clean. Irini was impeccable in everything, she had cold water in the fridge in the house. The space is cozy but comfortable for a couple. The room had A/C which performs impeccably. Finally, it has a very nice balcony, quiet, overlooking the sunset and the sea. Great and affordable option, we recommend it ❤️ Thanks Eirini!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean, comfortable. The location was great, and we felt very much at home. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming — always ready to assist with anything we needed. We enjoyed it so much that we even wanted to extend our stay! We stayed for a few days at Christina's with family ( with 3 toddlers and baby ) everything was perfect! Christina is an exceptional host, she welcomed us very warmly, prepared Christmas decorations and small touches for our children and for us. The accommodation is located in a quiet residence ( if you like kittens you will be served🥰). Not far from the beach, full of nice little restaurants on the dike, children's entertainment, supermarket nearby. A LIDL is a few meters away as well as a pizzeria. The house is a 27 minute drive from the center of Thessaloniki, It is a good accommodation option if you want a peaceful setting at the beach with a parking space and avoid the noise of the big city and traffic. I would recommend this place without hesitation to all families who want to visit Thessaloniki and its surroundings. +++ Another big thank you to Christina for her flexibility and big heart! 🥰🇬🇷

it was Quite good vacation for us. House is very large and there are enough beds for everyone. It was so clean and view was good. Houses near was quite calm and peaceful. If i were to come again, i would definitely stay here.

Fantastic place in the heart of Kalikratia. Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. She even let us check-out whenever we like. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and very well equipped. We stayed at Sia for 10 days. The surroundings are beautiful , the place is very quiet. The sea is very clean and see-through , ideal for families with children. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures shown with new furniture. The kitchen has everything necessary. And finally, Sia is very friendly and kind, she gave us information regarding the restaurants, beaches and near towns. We really enjoyed this vacation , thank you Sia !
