Wir waren fünf Tage bei Chris und seiner Frau zu Gast. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. :) Die Katze kommt ab und zu auch mal zu Besuch! ;)

Pantelis was an excellent host. He was proactive and very kind. Communication with him was super-easy and quick. His place is well-equipped and peaceful, and only a 5-minute walk away from the great beach. Definitely recommended home!

Μείναμε 10 μέρες στο σπίτι του Νέστορα. Πρόκειται για ένα άνετο , φωτεινό και ήσυχο ισόγειο σπίτι μέσα σε έναν παραδοσιακό, φυλασσόμενο οικισμό γεμάτο πράσινο, με αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις και παιδική χαρά.Η απόσταση από οργανωμένη και μη οργανωμένη παραλία είναι πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια.Η θάλασσα είναι ακριβώς έξω από τον οικισμό. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, λειτουργικό και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Διαθέτει κλιματισμό και ανεμιστήρες οροφής για τις πολύ ζεστές μέρες. Ο Νέστορας είναι ένας ευγενικός, διακριτικός και εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης,πρόθυμος πάντα να απαντήσει σε κάθε απορία του επισκέπτη. Έτυχε να γνωρίσουμε και την Άννυ,την ιδιοκτήτρια του σπιτιού η οποία αμέσως μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε σαν στο σπίτι μας .Φιλική, προσιτή ,άνετη μας υποδέχθηκε με διάφορα κεράσματα και καθετί που θα μας βοηθούσε στις πρώτες μέρες της παραμονής μας. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα και τον Νέστορα και την Άννυ και ελπίζουμε πραγματικά να ξαναβρεθούμε στο μέλλον!

Alexandras apartment was the right place for our weekend getaway. Great location, clean, easy accessible with many restaurants near by. Host is very friendly and quick to response. note: Apartment is small, but has a balcony. Thanks

Wir haben vier Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und es war wirklich alles perfekt! 🙂 Die Wohnung mit dem Balkon ist super schön und die Gastgeber unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben tolle Empfehlungen für Thessaloniki und die Umgebung bekommen und konnten jederzeit ganz viele Fragen stellen. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier – und es war wieder einfach perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage sowohl oben als auch unten, was besonders an heißen Tagen angenehm ist. Der Balkon und der Blick aufs Meer sind traumhaft – da beginnt die Erholung sofort. Die Straße ist etwas belebt, daher darf man keine absolute Ruhe erwarten, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage und der Charme der Unterkunft machen das mehr als wett. Vassiliki ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin: herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Niko’s parents were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was smooth and everything was well prepared. It was a truly pleasant experience, and we’d love to come back someday. Highly recommend!

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Katerina & Andreas m'ont accueilli chaleureusement et m'ont attendu malgré le retard de mon vol. La maisonnette est super, très bien décorée, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien de dehors. Le logement est situé à côté d'une supérette et non loin d'une boulangerie (à pieds), et est à 10-15min de l'aéroport (sans qu'on ne soit dérangé par les avions). Arrivant tard, je leur avais demandé s'ils étaient d'accord pour me laisser quelque chose pour le petit déjeuner moyennant supplément, et ils m'ont laissé de quoi manger dans le frigo. Je recommande à 100%, on se sent comme à la maison, je reviendrais avec plaisir 😊

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch und doch nah genug an allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Haus selbst ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem unsere Kinder gerne gespielt haben. Der Vermieter war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Περάσαμε όμορφα. Η Φωτεινή ήταν ευγενέστατη, φιλική, φιλόξενη και ανα πάσα στιγμή παρούσα για οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια ή συμβουλή. Ολα ήταν στην εντέλεια! Το σπίτι αν και παλιό ήταν πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει ολα οσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για να κανει τις καλοκαιρινές του διακοπές. Ισως ενα πληντυριο στο μελλον να ηταν ενα συν. Η παραλία κοντά δεν ειναι πολυ καλή για μπάνιο αλλα με ενα αυτοκίνητο μπορείς να επισκεφθείς πανέμορφες παραλίες σε αλλες περιοχές της Χαλκιδικής. Μπορείς να συνδυάσεις ησυχία και ξεκούραση (καθώς το σπίτι βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη και οικογενειακή γειτονιά) με πιο κοσμοπολίτικες διακοπές σε περιοχές κοντά. Η συνεννόηση με την οικοδέσποινα ηταν άψογη καθώς απαντούσε αμεσως και υπήρξε ευέλικτη ως προς το check in και check out ώστε να μας διευκολύνει. Μπράβο!

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

Richtig schöne Unterkunft! Sehr ruhig und mit schönen Restaurants in der Umgebung! Wir würden jedes Mal wieder kommen.

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

Ein wahres Paradies. Das Haus selbst ist top gepflegt, perfekt ausgestattet, sauber, die Terrasse idyllisch und der Garten wie aus einem Märchen. Von der Terrasse bis zum Strand sind es etwa 30 Sekunden. Die gesamte Strandausrüstung ist vor Ort. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Das Auto ist ein Muss. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung , die super zentral am weißen Turm liegt. Von Vorteil sind die Vorhänge und Rolläden, obwohl wir bei unserem Aufenthalt zum Glück keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung hatten, dass bei dem heißen Thessaloniki sehr zum Vorteil ist. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Im übrigen gibt natürlich auch eine Klimaanlage. Und Παυλος ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und er möchte jeden Wunsch erfüllen. 🥰

Very nice apartment and the host!

We loved our stay at the place. It was nice and clean. The apartment is recently refurbished. You can see the beach from the balcony. It really is 1 min. walk. There are restaurants and stores nearby. It is really convenient and we plan to visit again. The only cons I can point out are that the beach has a lot of small stones (easy to solve with swimming shoes, which you can buy there) and on cloudy days the sun collectors can't heat the water too much but I think this is only a problem if you visit in the second part of September like we did.

Kosmas and Dora were quick to response and gave clear information, the adrress was easy to find. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. And the view on the sea was stunning - same as pictures. We felt like at home and recommend for everyone :)

Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön fanden wir die Möglichkeit, mit Booten, die nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt am Steg lagen, in ca. 40 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt zu fahren. Auch die Lage direkt am Strand und der herrliche Blick vom Balkon, von dem aus man den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte, haben uns begeistert. Außerdem sind viele Lokale, Bäckereien und alles, was man braucht, bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Nancy's apartment in Thessaloniki is a fabulous place to stay in a wonderful city. It's a bright, stylish, modern amenities, great facilities with lots of space and excellent design. It's close to everything - the wonderful archaeological sites, restaurants, shops etc. Communications were all swift, clear and helpful and Nancy was particularly kind and accommodating when we needed help with a small issue. She even came over to help us out and brought us some delicious local cake! Nancy is an amazingly thoughtful host. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Thessaloniki.
