Lovely spot, walkable. The accomodation has shared spaces such as a swimming pool, tennis court, playground and laundry which is nice. The accomodation itself was also nice and had most things you could need (really appreciated the sandwich press), we had a lovely stay and also went on the sunset cruise which was beautiful, we booked via message on airbnb (hosts business). Kitchen had a nespresso coffee machine which was a bonus too. If any complaints or possible improvements, it would be nice for the bathroom to have a lock, tv was a bit glitchy/slow sometimes with remote, some oil, salt and pepper would be great and maybe a small milk in the fridge for the first night. But only small things, weren't much of a bother for us as the location is great and we had a lovely stay. Would visit again! Compared to the other airbnbs in this area, this one seems to have been renovated, definitely glad to have chosen this accomodation for the modern bathroom and kitchen.

Crisp Modern Décor, Clean and fresh 2 bedroom Apartment with beautiful ocean & river views. Perfect location, across the road from the beach, and a short walk to Centre of town. Property is not suited for people with young children. There are risks Including steep stairs and balcony. Please consider these risks when booking with young Children. Property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues as we have stairs and shower you need to step over bath as pictured. We are a strictly no pets

Currently undergoing renovations, Number 47 is now available for bookings. Many of the furnishings are arriving shortly and photos will be updated as they arrive. A ground floor unit with spacious coutyard, nestled amongst the Riverview appartments with Pool, BBQ Area, Gym, Tennis Court and Playgrounds within the facility and the River right across the road. It has a reverse cycle split system air conditioner and a 40 Inch Smart TV. The kitchen has a Microwave, stove, oven, fridge/freezer.

Newly renovated and refurbished private apartment just 200 meters from the waterfront and supermarket or a short walk to cafe's and town centre. Private lockable courtyard with bbq area. Air conditioned and heated with off street parking, new furnishings and a calm, open feel. Sleep peacefully in a new high quality king bed with ceiling fan overhead. Port Side is self contained and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday with all linen, cutlery, crockery, tea, coffee and milk.

Relax at this peaceful and centrally located accommodation. This ONE bedroom unit offers all you need for a comfortable coastal holiday in beautiful Kalbarri. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs, bakery's, parks, beaches and foreshore. King size bed in main bedroom plus queen size sofa bed in lounge room. BBQ on one of two outdoor private patios. Reverse cycle Air Conditioning, Wifi, Smart Tv. Will consider dogs in outside area only and must be cleaned up after. (no lawn area )

Three bedroom, one bath with communal bbqs, pool and lawn. 5-10 minute walk from centre of town. Parking is out front and can fit two vehicles. The three rooms include one queen bed, one double, two singles and a port-a-cot. Very suitable for families, but no more than four adults please.

We really like Aree’s place, it felt like home, everything that we need was there and was very comfortable. Perfect for 5, even 6. I would definitely choose this place again if I go back to Kalbarri.

We were super happy with our accomodation. The space was clean and organised, making it easy to find everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, it was inviting and provided the perfect escape to relax and soak up the sun. The accomodation was in a great location with walking distance to the beach, jetty and town centre. Overall, It was perfect for our small family and would highly recommend :)

Riverview Holiday Apartment 28 - Kalbarri WA

We loved staying here. We felt right at home and the facilities were great spent a lot of time at the pool with the kids and there was a lot of shade to fit around the pool. We will definitely be back :)

Superb stay in Kalbarri. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed, close to amenities and plenty for the children to do. Only wish we could have stayed longer!
