Место и дом оправдали все наши ожидания. Отличное расположение, как в сказке: на право пойдешь (10 мин) супермаркеты и кафе найдёшь, на лево пойдешь (10 мин) дикий и чистейший пляж найдёшь, с минимальным количеством людей, а если пройти чуть дальше, то и вообще их отсутствие. Сам дом очень чистый и обустроен всем необходимым, все соответствует фотографиям, нам даже предоставили пляжные зонты и кресла. Спасибо хозяину за прием, нам помогли организовать трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, по приезду любезно предоставили питьевую воду, печенье для ребёнка и даже пиво для взрослых, и еще много всего) Семья в восторге от отдыха! Безусловно будем рекомендовать своим друзьям и знакомым!

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Incredibly beautiful and peaceful place with a very private feel to it. Feels like you’re in your own place far away in a forest but it’s just a quick walk into town. The host was also lovely and so helpful, highly recommend.

Locuința este amplasată într-o zona liniștită și verde cu o curte generoasă , foarte aproape de Suni Marina , de plaja Suni Beach și de plaja Simantro Beach. Casa este mai mică decât în poze și necesită întreținere și îmbunătățiri.

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

Wir haben im Haus von Periklis und seiner Frau eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Terrasse, der Garten und der eigene Zugang zum Wasser sensationell. In der Vorsaison war zwar rundherum noch nicht alles geöffnet, aber genau das und die damit verbundene Ruhe haben wir gesucht und gefunden. Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft, die uns entgegengebracht wurde! Viele Grüße!

Great location, the beach is across the street. Close to the restaurants and shops, but on the other hand is far from the most crowded part of Toroni. The apartment is on the ground floor with really nice and big terrace/veranda, where you can have enjoyable dinners or drink you coffee in the mornings. Parking place is also available.

Sehr schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation, wir wurden sogar von der Fähre abgeholt. Die Familie/ Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss ( mit separatem Eingang) und sind bei allen Fragen ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir fanden die beiden große Terrassen toll. Sowohl der Strand Alikes als auch das Dorf sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. Alles in allem ist Vasilis Unterkunft ein paradiesisches Plätzchen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit direktem Strandzugang, Liegen , Liegestühle, SUPs. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist traumhaft und war für unsere Kinder der totale Abenteuerplatz. Es gibt tolle Tavernen, die man mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Abends kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse/dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen und anschließend mit dem Wellenrauschen in den Ohren einschlafen. Vasilis ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns bereits vor der Abreise mit Tipps versorgt hat und auch auf Fragen während des Aufenthalts schnell geantwortet hat. Danke Vasilis, wir kommen wieder!

Tina und August ihr Ehemann sind super Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Strandurlaub mit Kindern. Tina hat uns persönlcih begrüsst und mit meheren kleinen Geschenken willkommengeheissen! Es hatte Strandspielzeug, einen Sonnenschirm und eine Kühlbox in der Wohnung. Der Strand ist umwerfend. Tina hat sich regelmässig erkundigt, ob alles in Orndng ist und sich mit uns unterhalten. Wir kommen sehr gerne an diesen wunderbaren Ort zurück.

Natasha’s place was lovely, the outside especially is really beautiful. The beach is not fully sandy something to bear in mind but the apartment has so many items provided for fun on the beach and water, including spare water shoes for walking over the rocky bits of the sea. It’s a fair walk into town but along a quiet road most of the way. Lovely relaxing evenings spent out on the huge terrace area in nice clean and quiet complex. Was wonderful stay

very helpful host, responsive, the place is located very central, it was my 4th time in Neos Marmaras so I knew the surroundings however close to all amenities. The place itself is perfect for 1-2 persons. It has it all what is needed. I felt like I was at home. Thank you once again for the amazing stay Savvas.

Schöne Ferienwohnung ganz nah am Meer. Der Check-In war persönlich und sehr herzlich. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell und hilfsbereit. Es ist toll, dass die Wohnung über eine gute Baby/Kinderausstattung, tolles Sandspielzeug, eine gute Waschmaschine, einen Staubsauger und ein Kajak verfügt. Die Schlafzimmer haben Fenster zum Flur bzw. zum Wohnbereich. Wenn Autos vor dem Zaun parken, sieht man das Meer weniger. Der Strand besteht aus feinem Sand, danach kommen kleine Steine. Badeschuhe sind sinnvoll. Je nach Tag und Uhrzeit gibt es mal mehr, mal weniger Wellen, Seegras oder Algen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern wohlgefühlt.

Wir hätten eine schöne Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch äuserst gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage, die herrliche Aussicht haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Ferienhaus weiteremfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank

We spent our honeymoon there. And it was the best decision! The place was in a great neighborhood. Very lively and nice. With amazing stores and full of restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. The house itself was also really nice. It has a nice yard as well. And we also had everything we wanted such as hair-dryer, dishes and even a big sun umbrella for the beach. I really recommend it!!🏝️
