The cozy house is just what you need for a relaxing vacation. Amazing location with sea view and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. All necessities are available in the house, incl. a much appreciated expresso machine and even a welcome package.

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Incredibly beautiful and peaceful place with a very private feel to it. Feels like you’re in your own place far away in a forest but it’s just a quick walk into town. The host was also lovely and so helpful, highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time in Ion's house in Kalamitsi. It is located within easy walking distance of the beach, and had everything we needed for a beach vacation. The balcony was a nice spot for meals. Just to note that the house has fans (and no a/c). The store in the nearby camping ground was very useful. Kalamitsi attracts a family crowd, and so is quieter and more manageable than some beach resorts in Chalkidikis. We would happily return.

The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. We had a fantastic stay at Efstathios's place! The house is located in a quiet area near the town of Vourvorou, close to shops and restaurants and yet relatively secluded. We loved the gorgeous garden and the balcony which offered a fantastic view over the little bay. The house was equipped with all amenities we might have needed and check-in was very easy and straightforward. Finally, Efstathios was an excellent host - we had some car troubles and he helped us out tremendously! I would definitely recommend Efstathios's place for a quiet, comfortable stay in the beautiful Vourvorou area.

The surroundings are picturesque, with easy access to stunning beaches, local taverns, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

Beautiful apartment very close to the sea. The check-in was personal and very warm. The communication was very quick and helpful. It's great that the apartment has good baby/children's equipment, great sand toys, a good washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a kayak. The bedrooms have windows to the hallway or to the living area. When cars park in front of the fence, you see the sea less. The beach consists of fine sand, followed by small stones. Bathing shoes are useful. Depending on the day and time, there are sometimes more, sometimes less waves, seaweed or algae. We felt comfortable in the apartment with our two small children.

nice and cozy House, really close to the beach and near Restaurants. We we're as a couple there and had house and garden for us alone. Everything you needy is there. Wonderful place to be. Would have been perfect, If there would have been a shower curtain - so you do not wet so much of the floor.

His hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning—brand new, with all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect: close to beaches, restaurants, and all the must-visit spots, yet tucked away in a peaceful area where you can relax and enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. We loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. We can’t wait to stay at Konstantinos’ place again!

The house is just perfect and equipped with everything that you could think of.We didn’t need to buy or bring anything except for our luggage. It is even bigger than in the pictures.We brought our two cribs for babies and they fit perfectly in the bedroom and still had good space to feel comfortable.There is a super nice balcony with a big table.On the main entrance there is a nice living room then bathroom and kitchen with good natural light and downstairs are the two bedrooms.The fence between the living room and the stairs surprised us happily and you can pull it if you want.The house is very clean,good furniture. The location is 10 points out of 10! The beach is 3min. walk - sandy with crystal clear water and no waves. Supermarket-1min. walk. Area is quiet and private with a forest view. Hosts are super friendly and kind.The communication was perfect.They had even prepared welcome gifts for us. We will definitely come back and the house is recommended from the bottom of our hearts

We loved staying here. Beautiful house by a beautiful beach front of Kalamitsi. The house has everything that you need and feels like a home away from home with an amazing view to the beach.

We spent 7 nights in Konstantina's accommodation. From the first day we would feel at home. The beach is about 300 m away and the supermarket is 100 m away. There are tavernas in the area with pretty good food. The beach is by far the most beautiful I've been to, being very clear and with lots of fish. The place is ideal for families with children being a very quiet area. Thanks and we'll be back🫶

We had a wonderful week at the Sailor Home. The accommodation is simple, but completely sufficient - we lacked nothing. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic location right by the sea. The view was breathtaking, and the tranquility on site ensured perfect relaxation. If you are not expecting luxury, but are looking for nature and relaxation, you have come to the right place. We will be happy to come back!

Great host , great location with wonderful beaches close by and leading restaurants. The highlight is the balcony and the outside shower. The shower inside the house does not have a shower stall, which causes flooding. But this issue is small compared to the other benefits.
