Welcome to Edinburgh. Spacious double bedroom with kingsize bed and private en-suite bathroom with private shower in newly built detached large modern family home. The city centre is accessible by a short bus ride direct from our home that takes 20 minutes to reach the centre of town. Buses run every 15 mins and provide a 24hour service. Our home is also 15 mins from the airport by taxi or car. Our home surroundings are very quiet for a great nights sleep.

Bright Single Room...🌞

A lovely bright single room. The bedroom is located next to the bathroom which will be shared with me. I'm located on the south side & on a great bus route which runs day & night & takes approx 20-25 mins to the city centre. I also have street parking & plenty of shops/amenities closeby. I'm located near to Rosslyn Chapel, Edinburgh Uni, King's Buildings, Dick Vets & the Royal Infirmary
