Apartment holiday rentals in Kagurazaka

We are two friends visiting Japan for 2 weeks and the accommodation did not disappoint. It was the perfect size for 2 people visiting from the USA for that amount of time without feeling like we were on top of each other. The neighborhood was really nice and has a lot of restaurants and shops in walking distance. There are two stations near by and it was one 10-15 min bus ride away from all the action in Shinjuku. The apartment was extremely clean and the host was very responsive and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Ryu's Airbnb was in a good location nearby to the train station and convenience store. It was a station or away from the Shinjuku station. I would recommend staying here.

Loved staying at Ken’s hotel. Quite spacious compared to the tiny rooms that are otherwise available in Tokyo. A 12 minute walk from the nearest subway, and the nearest convenience store is a 4 minute walk away. Ken was extremely helpful and quick to respond at all times!

The place was neat, super clean and felt brand new. It’s definitely ideal for a solo traveler, but it has everything you need. The price was reasonable for the location, with subway stations, a large grocery store and several convenience stores nearby. I would love to stay here again! Just a heads-up: the building doesn’t have an elevator, and the stairs are on the narrow side. If you have large luggage, you might want to make sure your room is on the first or second floor. (That said, it’s a quiet and safe neighborhood, so I wouldn’t worry about security or noise at all.) Also, the washing machine is cleverly “hidden” under the counter in the bathroom—just in case you have trouble finding it like I did at first :)

Very nice place. peaceful and clean and nicely decorated. Host always answered questions immediately and was very helpful. It's on a Main Street but very quiet inside. Subway is close. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to walk to the area where all the restaurants and shops are which is a good thing if you want a bit of piece and quiet and time away from all the action but if you want to be in the middle of things it's a bit of a walk or a short subway ride away. Great place.

When me & my friends saw this place we instantly love the aesthetic it felt like Vouge/aesop/archidigest. Such a beautiful space traditionally with a morden touch! Beds were comfy,kitchen was great & the tatami experience. Washing machine was really handy too! Private, quiet apartment accessible to few train stations. Walking distance & easy to get to Disneyland too! Nice cityside not too far from tourist attractions🥰 felt locally right at home! Easily able to get good food at night as well. Highly recommend this place & thank you Masaki for the caring responses. A very warm welcome from the fridge too🩷 Loveliest apartment great for 3-4 pax

I had a lovely stay here. Very easy to find as the directions provided were excellent. It was a really cute place with all the amenities and very clean. I loved the location - pretty neighbourhood with lots of cool places to eat and to shop at. Also walkable to other popular neighbourhoods and public transport. Jung was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend!

Our stay here was great! The place was extremely clean and the host is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are also nice and convenient for travelers. Instructions are clear and check-in/out was easy! The location also has easy access to the JR Yamanote line which was great for our travel plans! We enjoyed our stay at Triphome Sugamo! :)

It felt like home, very clean and there is 7/11 in proximity that helped and a subway in 600mts. Only downside was that it was on 2nd floor and we had to carry our heavy luggage up and down.

Me and my brother just had a fantastic stay at Koichi's place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Koichi even offered to pick us up at Shinjuku Station which was incredibly helpful. It made our arrival stress-free and set a wonderful tone for the whole trip. The place itself was clean and with complete kitchen utensilts and toiletries. He even gave us free mochi and bottled drinks upon our arrival at his place. It was clear that Koichi put a lot of thought into making sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He was also good in English and quick to respond and very friendly. He also kept our luggage to his office as our flight is late night and met us at Shinjuku station to give us our luggage. We felt truly welcomed and cared for. We highly recommend Koichi's place to anyone visiting Tokyo! Thank you Koichi!

Beautiful place in what feels like a French/Italian block of the city. Close to transit and overall just a really comfortable place. I was only there for 1 night, was finishing my trip with the Cubs game. Easy walk to the stadium if that is something that matters to you. If I’m staying in the area again I definitely won’t rule out staying here again. Would actually use the bar next time as well.

This is a nice place to stay. The apartment has everything you need. Location is good. The apartment is in an area with many good shops and restaurants. The host is nice.

Very beautiful house. We were 9 of us but this house can accommodate more than 12-13 guests. It has two separate showers and toilets which makes it easy for everyone to get ready. It also have washer and dryer, but it’s in Japanese, so it was little hard for us to understand. The only drawback of this house is they don’t allow late luggage check out or early luggage check in, which made us hard as our flight was in the night. Rest of the experience was great! They responded to us very quickly for whatever we had asked for.

When we got to the. neighborhood, we were so amazed of the quaint neighborhood and the many small shops around it . Amazing host , very responsive and helpful. The place is near restaurants, convenience stores and subway stations. The entire place is very neat and very lovely place . Thank you so much

Had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean and looked just like the photos. Great space for a couple or single person. Lots of good restaurants in the area so food was never a problem. Would recommend!!

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The locality is wonderful, authentic, and homely! love the train station vibes on slow afternoons. it has everything you need! Thank you Pearl for a wonderful stay 😊

Staying at this hidden gem was an absolute treat. Pati, our wonderful host, made our first trip to Japan unforgettable by offering amazing recommendations for food, shopping, and travel. After much research on where to stay, discovering Koenji and Pati's place felt like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. The location was perfect for us, as we love to walk—stations were easily accessible by foot, and the Koenji shops were just a short stroll away. The space itself was perfect—spacious, full of natural light, with a lovely little balcony. The large dining table and open layout made it feel like a true home away from home. We stayed for 8 nights and it was ideal for a longer stay. Despite the cold weather and snow on the first night, the heating kept us warm and cozy. Hot tip: definitely rent a bike to explore Koenji and Tokyo—it’s a fantastic way to get around. Thank you again, Pati, for your kindness and hospitality. We can’t wait to return to our new favorite place in Tokyo! :)

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Loved staying here! The beds were very comfy, and the room had all the essentials you could ever need! Mr.Masakatsu was incredibly friendly and welcoming, he carried my stuff to my room and showed me all the amenities of my room. The room itself is a 6 min walk to the train station which is super nice! I would love to be able to come back here on my next trip!

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

Great value. It was nice to be a little out of the main tourist areas, but still have easy access to restaurants and train stations. The bed was comfy and the room was well-equipped.
