Nice apartment with an amazing view. You only need to bring your clothes and food to eat; everything else is available, including clothes washing. Plus, if you have a car with you, then this place fits you very well! Area of apartment is quite enough for us as family (2 adults 3 kids) . We had an a/c issue but Can (the host) was very helpful and provide electric fan as replacement till the a/c was fixed. Thanks Can for this nice place and friendly environment that you provide

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The town house is really amazing, we felt like home. There was everything we needed already provided by the host (water, milk, coffee, fruits, towels, shampo, condi, body wash, body lotion, hair dryer - you don‘t have to take anything with you). AC worked perfectly. Terrace is very nice to spent the mornings and evenings there. Kitchen and bathroom super clean and functional. The district we liked the most of the areas we visited during our stay. People are very open minded and you can find a lot of great shops and restaurants arround. Toa was always reachable and gave us a lot of nice recommendations for our 4 days stay. On the last day we had some troubles because of an nearby event, Tao organized everything so that we could reach the airport in time. We can 100% recommend to stay in this beautiful house and district. Tao was a perfect host, we are totally happy with our choice 😎

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

We visited as a family with two small kids and had a fantastic 5-day stay. The neighborhood is vibrant, authentic, and full of heart, with great shops and restaurants to explore daily. The house was spacious — more than we needed, as we didn’t use the downstairs apartment — but very comfortable, especially for the kids. Getting around was easy with the Istanbulkart; tram line 5 and bus 55 are just a short walk away. We cooked a few times and found the kitchen workable (cooking with gas), though some utensils were a bit worn and basic items like salt and pepper would’ve been helpful. Still, these were minor things. We’d happily return to Balat and to Ömer’s house. To really enjoy it, I’d recommend staying at least 4–5 days.

Great place, really nice neighborhood and Moussaab is very helpful. It's a tight place for eight people but workable and great value for money.

Perfect place for a moderately-sized company equipped with everything required, located in the center of Kagithane area of Istanbul. lots of nice restaurants and shops around, perfect reach to IST airport by metro. No tourists and tourist traps around. Türkan was very helpful and is always easy to find.

The place is exactly as described. Everything matches the photos. The apartment is very clean, the furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking, everything is of good quality. Cleaning and laundry supplies are also provided. The hosts are friendly and polite, responded quickly, and were very accommodating by allowing us to check out late. Highly recommended!

In general, it was very good, a few elements could have been better. The shower head of the bathroom was leaking, there was detergent but no softener, there was a tablet of dishwashing detergent, the hair dryer was working with sound and it broke during the stay. It would be nice to have basic ingredients in the kitchen; Oil, spices, etc. However, these are minor details. The atmosphere, cleanliness and terrace at the house were very nice. In summary, you can choose with peace of mind.

The apartment was so beautiful and very well equipped.Its location is very close to public transportation and there are many shops , supermarkets, restaurants and shisha cafes nearby. The host and building manager were very very helpful and friendly. Finally this surely won’t be our last time staying at this apartment as we fell in love with it❤️

Loved my stay at Sinpaş Queen Bomonti! The apartment on the 36th floor offers a breathtaking view over Istanbul – especially at sunset a real highlight. The equipment is modern and high quality, the building very well maintained and safe. Perfect for a stylish stay in a central location. Clear recommendation!

The place was cozy and warm, it was as it was described and in center. It was easy to check in and communication with the host was very easy.

One of the best houses to stay in Istanbul The host was helpful, prompted, and from the outset made sure that all the details were clear and convenient. He greeted me with a smile and a refined treatment, and he was flexible on arrival and departure timings, which added a distinctive human character to the experience. As for the same place, it was clean, tidy, and equipped with whatever it takes for a comfortable stay: • The bed is very comfortable and sleeping was cool. • The kitchen has all the basic tools for those who want to cook. • The Internet was fast and reliable, which is important to me as a permanent traveler. • The location is excellent, close to services and transportation, yet quiet and gives a sense of privacy. The decoration is simple and elegant, and there are touches that make the place feel like a “house,” not just a temporary stay. Great place to stay! Wonderful location, very close to public transportation, lots to do. Very clean, spacious and roomy apartment. Very comfortable sleeping. The AC was a bonus. Great view from the balcony, very safe building.

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. Great Location Great View Quality Place

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.
