All the previous reviews about this apartment were correct. I was also very satisfied with my stay in this complex. Most importantly, when the city's electricity was cut off for a moment, the emergency power system worked and we had electricity. Overall, excellent and recommended to everyone.

Great host and quite responsive. The apartment is right beside a large shopping mall that had a beautiful holiday market in December. I would stay again if in the immediate area.

Everything is near by, the apartment is really clean and tidy. Everything was as described and the communication with Mehment was very easy since he replies very fast. He gave us some recommendations for our trip and offered help for whatever we needed. The check in and check out was really easy going- very flexibel. I sincerely recommend this apartment!

Ayrıca ev sahibimiz emre bey bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bi deneyim geçirmemiz için tüm fırsatları sundu. İyi ki bu evde konakladık, yine gelsem yine aynı yeri seçerdim. Ben normalde başka bir yere rezervasyon yapmıştım. Ancak ev sahibi benimle temasa geçmediği için rezervasyonumu iptal edip son dakikada Barış beyin evini rezerve ettim. Kendisi benimle hemen temasa geçerek bir çok tavsiyede ve öneride bulundu. Çok samimi ve içten davrandı. Evinde kendi evimdeymişim gibi konakladım. Harika bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kendisine de teşekkür ederim.

Unser Aufenthalt war super…einziges Manko war die riesengroße Baustelle…was uns leider etwas eingeschränkt hat…da wir mit dem Kinderwagen unterwegs waren…

We were a group of 4 adults (including one elderly person) and a 3-year-old child, so we were specifically looking for a place with no stairs and easy accessibility and this apartment met that need perfectly. The location is very safe and clean. The building’s security staff were friendly and helpful, and the host was extremely supportive and responsive throughout our stay. The space was sufficient for all five of us. The couch was converted into a comfortable bed, making the sleeping arrangements work well. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: The apartment has only one bathroom, which was a bit of a challenge for five people, but we managed. It doesn’t get direct sunlight and doesn’t have a street view, so if you’re planning to spend a lot of time indoors, that might be something to consider. If those two points aren’t an issue for you, this apartment is a great option in Istanbul. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely rent it again if needed. Recommended.

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

Very well located apartment - short walk away from Taksim square and Istiklal Street. Also very close to Taksim metro and tunnel for public transport. Apartment is comfortable, clean and self sufficient. Equipped with all basic and necessary amenities Ibrahim is a great host - communicative, helpful and proactive. Overall experience was excellent - all instructions clearly laid out in the app and also inside the house Value for money

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию, очень чисто, комфортно и уютно. При закрытых окнах уличный шум, практически, не слышен. Но мы так уставали, гуляя весь день по прекрасному Стамбулу, забывали эти окна закрывать и тоже нам шум помехой не был))). Кровать очень удобная и даёт возможность хорошо отдохнуть))). В квартире есть всё необходимое и даже больше))).

It was a wonderful stay in Istanbul. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. I needed an extra bed for our toddler and they provided a whole portable single sized bed which was great! They actually immediately delivered it when i asked for it. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, and most importantly bright and airy. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean.We appreciated the little details such as the adapters and snacks provided. Finally everything matched the pictures exactly.

For anyone arriving by car, I definitely recommend the property since there is a secure parking garage under the building. I will note, though, that navigating the parking garage is a bit tight. If you're in a large SUV you might find it a bit challenging. You should have zero issues in any 'normal' airport rental though. Beyond that, Taksim Square is just a short walk away, small markets for fruit and vegetables, and Istiklal with all of its shopping and such.
