The apartment was so beautiful and very well equipped.Its location is very close to public transportation and there are many shops , supermarkets, restaurants and shisha cafes nearby. The host and building manager were very very helpful and friendly. Finally this surely won’t be our last time staying at this apartment as we fell in love with it❤️

I stayed in this apartment for a couple of days and was really pleased with the experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk to public transport and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat. Although the apartment is small, it has everything you need — very thoughtfully equipped. The value for money is outstanding! If you're in Istanbul to explore the city, this is a perfect base — just note that it's ideal for a solo traveler or a couple. The host is fantastic — very responsive, polite, and helpful. We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks. We used all amenities, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, oven and the rest worked very well. The apartment is located on the top floor. Keep in mind that building has elevator, till the 3rd floor and you will need to climb one more floor up by yourself. We had an issue due to heavy luggage, but the hosts are so helpful and responsive they helped us with luggage in 5 mins. In case of any additional needs, all our requests were fulfilled, for which I absolutely recommend the hosts of this and other apartments. There are few moments you should keep in mind, in cold season: you can clearly hear wind and rain inside of the apartment and its quite loud, and it tends to be quite cold. You can control temperature via the heater/boiler, but can be a lil too cold for some people. And regarding the wind, it might bother you at night, since the noise is loud. But in summer season, there wont be a problem. The view from terrace is astonishing!

Öncelikle ev sahibi Doğan Bey çok yardımsever ve nazik idi. neredeyse hergün "herhangi bir ihtiyacınız var mı? " diye sorardı. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederim. Ev çok temiz, havadar ve fotoğraflar ile aynıydı. Ulaşım çok kolay.Konumu harika. 7/24 guvenlik kameralarına sahip. Evin önünden 41ST , 41A , 65A , K2 geçiyor. Seyrantepe metroya yaklaşık 400 metre uzaklıkta. Yokuş çıkmak gerekiyor. ( zaten İstanbul'un heryeri yokuş) Rams Park , vadistanbul ve Seyrantepe eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'ne yakin. Martın sonu yada Nisan başlarında gelirseniz mont getirin (tavsiyedir). Eve aracınızla gelecekseniz park yeri bulmakta sorun yaşamazsınız. Konaklama süresince biz memnun kaldık. The apartment was amazing – clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. It wasn’t too far from the main attractions I wanted to see, which made getting around really easy. Everything I needed was provided, and the place felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again!

He was nice even if we don’t met him he was always there to help and send someone to help

A very respectful gentleman, always available to support, responsive and friendly. Tried to help us left, right and center. Was very understanding and accommodating as we had a kid with special needs and had appointments in the hospital nearby. The place is well equipped and looks exactly like the pictures. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, modern und sauber. Schöner Blick vom Balkon. Ruhige Lage trotzdem perfekt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln an die hot Spots der Innenstadt angebunden. Alles was man braucht ist in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Ich kann Tansel und die Wohnung 100% weiterempfehlen. Er hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und Fragen beantwortet

İlk andan itibaren Okan Bey bize zamanında ve doğru bilgilendirme verdi. Ev'e çok rahat girdik. Foto'lardan daha iyi bir ortam vardı. Manzara harikaydı. Yataklar ve ortam tertemizdi. Anında sıcak su akıyor. Gece çok sessizdi. Yataklar çok rahattı. Ev'den ve ev sahibimizden çok memnun kaldık. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

This was my second time at this accommodation and it was just as nice as the first time. Communication with Burak was great he always responded immediately and was helpful. Check in went smoothly. The location is great as there is a subway station right next door and plenty of cafes/restaurants nearby. Taksim Square is a relaxed 15 minute walk away. We will definitely come back here on our next trip to Istanbul.

We have had an amazing stay at Yasin's place. Prior to our visit, Yasin shared with us every minute details related to place, check in procedure, access and it felt as if we have lived here before. The place was amazing, with good amenities and a lot of care was put in before we even arrived. Whenever we had any questions or queries, Yasin would respond immediately. It never felt as if we are in airbnb, felt like home. Would 100% recommend Yasin's place to anyone visiting Istanbul and I will be staying at his place on my next visit. Thank you Yasin.

Спасибо Кану, отзывчивый хозяин. В квартире были недостатки, которые потом он исправил. Из плюсов- неплохая локация, тихая улица Из минусов - кухня. Она там присутствует формально. Там ничего не приготовить. Кухонного стола нет. Для душа не было никаких принадлежностей. Пришлось идти покупать в магазин. Надеюсь хозяин учтет эти замечания.

All the previous reviews about this apartment were correct. I was also very satisfied with my stay in this complex. Most importantly, when the city's electricity was cut off for a moment, the emergency power system worked and we had electricity. Overall, excellent and recommended to everyone.

we chose this property because we knew the area. Can was great. we needed more plates and other things and it was sent immediately. bedding could possibly do with updating. overall, good all rounders. thank you Can.

Very nice stay. everything was clean. walk 5 min and you are in big street to go to wherever you want. Good communication with the owner!

We were your guests for a month on November and you made our family visit more pleasant with yourhospitality and kindness. Great host and quite responsive. The apartment is right beside a large shopping mall that had a beautiful holiday market in December. I would stay again if in the immediate area.
