Big house with 3 available Bedrooms, big living room, kitchen fully equipped, 2 bathrooms (hot water), guest toilet, water (BUWASA and rainwater), electricity, Internet (fiber), balcony, parking at the house, fenced plot, watchmen in a second smaller house close to the gate. The house is fully furnished. Very nice view over Bukoba and Lake Victoria. If you need someone to help taking care of household and children, it can be arranged.

Because of the high ceilings and a lot of windows the house is always very cool and doesn't need airconditioning. But if you wish we can provide a fan. Outside you can relax on the couch on the veranda and enjoy the stunning fews over the rice fields.
