Onze missie is dat gasten zich thuis voelen en dat is precies het compliment dat we regelmatig ontvangen! De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt in een rustige en ruim opgezette buurt. Een warm welkom en je gelijk thuisvoelen! Ben je er aan toe om er even heerlijk tussenuit te gaan met zijn tweeën (18+)? En wakker te worden met een vers ontbijtje dat met liefde door ons is gemaakt? Jullie kunnen samen genieten van de privé sauna, -regendouche en -bubbelbad of heerlijk languit op de bank een film of serie te kijken, eventueel met roomservice! Ook kun je kiezen uit vele dagjes uit bij ons in de omgeving. Kortom alles binnen handbereik voor een onvergetelijke ervaring!

Vacation home on the Loonse and Drunense dunes

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary holiday home with private entrance and has been recently renovated in a part of a long-fronted farm, where the cow barn and hay loft once was. The living area has on the ground floor an entrance, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in your own garden. On the upper floor sits the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

Cozy detached rural guesthouse

In the outskirts of Loon op sand, we have a guest house for the entire family on the meadow. An ideal base for a day in Efteling 3 km, Beeksebergen 19 km or for walking/cycling/mountain biking in the wooded area with the Loonse and Drunense dunes within walking distance. The guesthouse is full of comforts and offers a beautiful rural view. Layout: living room, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Vide: extra sitting area, TV and sleeping area. Garden 60m2. No parties

Coach house Kaatsheuvel: cozy rural cottage

This cozy, cozy, detached cottage is located as an outbuilding on our property in the outskirts of Kaatsheuvel. The former coach house has been converted into a family-friendly holiday home and can accommodate up to 5 people. Enjoy the beautiful, rural garden with plenty of play opportunities for the children. Head to the Efteling, the Loonse and Drunsen dunes, for example, and enjoy the peace and good atmosphere of this cottage and the garden when you return.

Boutique Lodge with Sauna

Totally unwind in our luxurious and stylish 'Boutique Lodge' for 4 persons with sauna located in nature on Bergvliet Estate. This new accommodation is unique on every level. The design, the quality materials, the beautiful decor, if you love luxury and pampering then this is your place! Not to mention the secluded location on the Estate where you can enjoy on the golf course, get pampered at Spa One or get culinary surprises in the restaurant.

Eethen, rural apartment

The apartment is on the second floor above the studio. There is a double bed. In the spacious bedroom a full extra bed can be added for a third guest upon request. You'll pay €25.00 extra per night for that. You will have access to a bedroom and a private bathroom. Next there is a kitchen-living room with a complete kitchen. You can reach the apartment via its own entrance with stairs.
