Ideal for trade fair visitors (Düsseldorf, Essen), for tourists in the Rhein-Ruhr area or for business travelers.

A lot of restaurants & bars are within walking distance as well as supermarkets (Real, Rewe, Aldi, Penny etc.) and kiosks. Media harbor/ old town > 15 min on foot or 5 min by train. Messe Düsseldorf can be reached in 15 minutes by underground.
