The ceiling height is lower than in modern houses, approximately 209 cm (8 ft 6 in) between the beams and 185–190 cm (6 ft 1 in – 6 ft 3 in) below. Situated on a large property and close to Rømø's wide beaches and unique natural surroundings. Perfect for: families, couples, groups of friends, nature and beach experiences. The house has a nice, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

On a beautiful natural plot, set back from the road, lies our cozy cottage. Modernized with new kitchen, bathroom, roof and facade. In addition, there is a wooden terrace facing both south and west, so you can enjoy the morning sun, the midday sun and the evening sun. The house has a heat pump that can easily keep the house warm. There's also a wood-burning stove as a supplement. (Bring your own firewood or buy it on the island) There is also a Chromecast for the television.

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.
