Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Jūrmala

We are three sisters visiting Latvia for the first time. We loved staying with Katrina, Anna and Matias (and their sweet puppy) in Jürmala! From before booking to the moment of departure, our hosts were responsive, helpful, and charming. The cottage is in a little garden w an apple tree, next to the beautiful main house, behind a gated fence on the main road. There’s a sweet table for outdoor dining. The address is easy to find, just outside the “downtown” part of town, so everything is accessible but it is quiet on the beach. Across the road is a little gourmet food stand for goodies and fruit. The gorgeous beach is a pretty ten minute walk away. The cottage has one really nice main bedroom, which also serves as a shared space (tv and little dining table), plus two small rooms. We loved the vibe and style, pretty but casual, with a real kitchen. One of us had a chest infection, and our hosts really stepped up so we got immediate, Impeccable, and inexpensive medical help.

Very cozy cabin. Has everything you need for your stay. Our own section of the yard, which is very important for us, as we like barbecue. Quiet neighborhood, there was a nice grocery store nearby. The central street of Jurmala is a 15-minute walk, and the sea is a 20-minute walk away.

This place was fantastic for relaxing in a beautiful environment. Rita and Andis are wonderful hosts. The family enjoyed a sauna in a gorgeous location next to a pond for an additional 80E. It is a fire powered sauna that requires about 2 hours to heat up. We decided at the last moment and they graciously met our request. There is also a hot tub for 60E but we did not try this. We rented the whole place which worked great for our family of 8. Some rooms were a bit warm but cooled in the evening. We slept great to the sounds of frogs and birds. It is about 30 minutes away from Riga.

Very cozy and beautiful cottage – everything was clean and fine. Yours was very responsive and welcoming. The sauna and hot tub were prepared for the agreed time which made our rest even more enjoyable. Very convenient location – the shop is right next door and only a 5 minute walk to the sea. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and we especially enjoyed being outside in the garden and going to beach. The train station nearby is very handy for trips to Riga.

A lovely place a short walk away from the sea. There is a good network of public transport, so we could get easily around even without car. Raimonda’s place is next to her mother’s house who was very sweet with us. The cottage is very cute with a nice style and well equipped. I would appreciate more basic items (salt, oil) and a coffee maker (there is a nespresso machine). Overall, we had a very lovely stay and I would certainly recommend. Thank you!

We stayed in this house for three days with a group of friends and were absolutely delighted! The house is bright, clean, very cozy and tastefully equipped. The location is great: close to the airport and the center of Jurmala, while quiet and peaceful. The area is well-maintained, with a beautiful garden, a grill and a summer kitchen — an ideal place to relax in the fresh air. Inside there is everything you need: dishes, towels, toilet and kitchen utensils, even small things like cotton pads and dishwasher tablets — everything is provided to the smallest detail. The pool is warm (24–25 degrees), the sauna is large, well-maintained. We used it twice a day, and the water and electricity bill was pleasantly surprising — it turned out to be very small. The house has beautiful noise insulation — even loud music does not interfere with those who relax in another room. The layout is very convenient, no one disturbed anyone, even when there were guests. Special thanks to the hostess of the house — Iveta. A great place to celebrate a birthday with friends, there are many entertainments for both children and adults on the territory. We will definitely keep in mind that not far from Riga there is such a cool location at a great price.

I spent nearly a month at Andra's house near Riga, and it was the most incredible place. It was very well-equipped with everything I needed for cooking, plenty of space and seating, a very comfortable bed and pillows, a beautiful view out the back window towards the forest, and a very wonderful, tuned piano, which was my primary reason for staying there. I also loved being able to walk to the beach nearly every day, which was only 15-20 minutes (depending on how fast you walk), past a great little cafe and the train station. It was also super convenient taking the train into Riga or to the main town of Jurmala, which were both well worth doing. It was nice having a car as well, so I could explore the nearby national park and beaches. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend staying at Andra's house for a very authentic, relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The place was nice and big. Communication was fine. Close to some cafes, the restaurant hub is a little far away, though. Great place!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week with two kids (each with their own room), were on the beautiful beach a lot, small beach cafe very close by, very quiet surroundings, two or three good restaurants within walking distance, will definitely come back!

Beautiful, spacious, and tidy apartment. You got your own car in the yard. The yard is cozy and available to guests. Great location. Friendly service.

We (my fiancée, kid and myself) spent five great days here. Perfect location in the immediate vicinity of a 20km white beach, peaceful surroundings, fresh air and Riga a 20min drive away. The house is spacious and fully equipped, and Nora the host even had the piano tuned up for us. The place is easy to find, has parking right outside and felt like home right away. Thanks for a great stay - we’ll be back!

One of the best apartment we stayed in: good location, near supermarkets, minutes walk to beach and forest area. Neighbourhood is safe and neighbours friendly. Kitchen facilities available for us to cook our meals. Agnis was very friendly, helpful, obliging and concern: messaged us after we checked in to ensure everything is ok. Gave us a ride from train station to safe us time. Will definitely stay again when we visit Jurmala.
