The place is clean, comfortable, Art is also very helpful, all complete bath soap is available for children to swim, kitchen utensils and food ingredients are provided and ready to cook such as tea, coffee, cooking oil, rice and noodles. It feels like a vacation at home,.. Thank you very much nnt when I'm back I will stay again What needs to be improved: only the sound system can't be used, the shower and faucet need rejuvenation.

I have been in many AirBnB around the world, but this is my first time in AirBnB in Indonesia. Overall the place are ok, clean, have amenities, complete kitchen stuff for cooking. All places we stayed before always provide toilet paper, towels, and kitchen towel to wipe the plates and utensil, but those things we could not find in this AirBnB. It would be great if the host prepare those for guests because its very basic that everyone need it. The host prepare bread and coffee which are very nice and he is very communicative also which its a big help to get easy check in. The villa contact person Mr. Budi also super nice and very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Malang! The house has a pleasantly cool atmosphere, not too cold, just perfect for relaxing. The space is very comfortable and cozy, making it feel just like home. Its location is also a big plus, right in the heart of Malang, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The host was incredibly kind and very fast to respond, which made the whole experience even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Malang and looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Huis Van Gustafine! It's a great place for a big family—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is super convenient, with easy access to everywhere we need to go. The owner is very communicative, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality of Mbak Suem and her husband—they were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. quiet place, close to the stone market, easy to find places to eat and near BNS-Jatim Park recreation. If you want to cook you can also have cooking utensils, rice cooker, you can also burn corn.. it's as comfortable as living in your own home.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The facilities, services, and response of the Villa owner are very satisfying! Next time, I would recommend this Villa to the nearest family and relatives if you are visiting around the Batu city area and Malang city. If you need a place to stay that can accommodate up to 12 people, I recommend you to book this villa

Near the house there is a grocery store, laundry, close to tourist attractions, you want to order gofood is also easy. Very satisfied, there is a swimming pool but because the Batu area is cold, the kids are cold, it only lasts 10 minutes :)

Excellent rooms in a safe guarded location. Friendly staff. Private pool. Rooms are big. Might be noisy at night, there are loudspeakers playing. Might have some bugs

nice villa with beautiful surroundings and scenery. homey and family vibes villa. the family room are big with sofa and carpets provided, so you can gather with 10+ people there to chit chat or playing games. kitchen utensils are quite complete you can cook by yourself. there is no TV here so you can't do karaoke or watching movies, but you can bring your own laptop and speaker. there is wifi connection provided here, but sometimes the internet speed is not stable. in the midnight the electricity power for the bedrooms is disconnected, no problem because we were going to sleep anyway. the villa staff (pak Sukar) is also helpful and kind to us. overall good experience, but some detail needs to be improved : 1. the bathroom door lock is stucked 2. the carpet and sofa quite dusty, need to be vacuumed. 3. the gas-powered water heater worked once, but then it didn't work for the whole day until check out. maybe upgrading into an electric water heater might be a solution

Although it was booked in a hurry, the booking etc. went very well! It's a large house, perfect for a large group (which we were).

Staying at Kak Ines' place with my family for 5 days was a great experience! From the beginning, her and her team was very welcoming and responsive to our inquiries and has made our holiday comfortable. It was our first vacation in Malang so Kak Ines' place was an important decision to make our days enjoyable. Thank you to Kak Ines and team!

The place was easily accessible and it is clean. It matched my needs and the description was not misleading, so the expectations were met.

We had a great time of staying. Our breakfast was great with an extra plate. The view was amazing, correctly mentioned in the host page. We did a mess, but the staff so quickly to fix it, very professional. We are very comfortable. Very hospitable staff. This place is very recommended to stay and close to main tourist areas.
