Location close to markets, restaurants, pharmacies, plaza and others; tidy and clean environments.

Good accommodation, very clean and tidy.

Place near the city center, the entrance to the accommodation was well oriented and meets what was offered

we arrived and we got not problem locating the place, we arrived with our children and as soon as we arrived we had a click with the apartment. it was very well equipped, we had orange juice every morning thanks to the juicer, my partner was very pleased with everything, we had a couple of hiccups but was fix in a gifi, Julio was so quick to respond and quick to sort thing out, he was also flexible at checking out, that was a 100!. we cooked breakfast and was so useful to have pans and a variety of utensils, we had portable heaters, as soon as we arrived we had to do washing and there was a washing machine and a drying rack there was lots of restaurants and mini market that had everything, it was great to have an a variety in everything, we are very sad to leave, however we hope to be able to comeback and stay at Don Julio's place again.

Although my stay was short, the days I was staying were incredible. There was understanding regarding check-in and check-out. The instructions were very accurate and there was smooth communication with the hosts. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. A warm place and close to downtown. I would stay with Escolástica again. Recommended.

Martin was friendly and communicative. The accommodation had everything needed and the place was very quiet.👍

Really a very pleasant and welcoming stay, Juan and Mrs. Flor really cared for us super well!!! They had a lot of details with us and although the place is small it's well laid out. It is comfortable and very safe. You feel at home and are always attentive to what is required.😊 Thanks again😃
