The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. On the ground floor: entrance, living room (TV, fireplace), toilet, large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 33 m2 2-room apartment refurbished in the extension of our house in a residential area on the heights of Rouen, close to all shops and a bus stop (Fast 1 stop Parc Andersen). Very quiet as it overlooks a courtyard. Parking is possible right in front of the apartment. Living room, kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs under the eaves. CAUTION: €15 extra if you use the sofa bed unless you bring your duvet. WE SPEAK ENGLISH!

This place is close to the RN 175, 5 km from the center of Bourg-Achard towards Pont-Audemer. It's a part of my house that's become too big. The entry is independent. Shower room and separate toilet on the ground floor, kitchenette on the ground floor. The bedroom is upstairs. A double bed 180*200, a pull-out bed 2* 90*190 and a baby bed. The housing is on RN175, 5 km from the center of Bourg Achard towards Pont-Audemer. It's the left part of our home.

The house of 30m2 is located in a small village of the Regional Natural Park of the Loops of the Seine Normande, on a cliff overlooking the Seine. It is ideally located to discover the region (the Route des chaumières, the Route des fruits...) at equal distance from Rouen, Le Havre, Etretat, Honfleur... The banks of the Seine are accessible on foot. The cottage is classified 3 *. Pets not allowed.
