We had a wonderful stay at Kabene’s place. The home was exactly as described—stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy linens. Kabene was a thoughtful and responsive host, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This apartment is certainly worth a 5 star rating! Check in, location, the apartment itself and the host were perfect. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom. The apartment is fitted with all your basic needs. The gym and swimming pool very clean and well equipped. Centrally located in Dubai where you can ride the Metro, catch a taxi or drive with ease anywhere in Dubai. Highly recommend this apartment. Perfect for a couple. You can compare other apartments but this is as advertised. Thank you Athik!

The place is amazing with stunning view at burj khalifa and the facilities also good with swimming pool, sauna and gym All are exceptional and amazing it’s just the door lock need to be more flexible I recommend this place to other guests

Had the most wonderful experience regarding the stay. The hosts Duhome and adam were very responsive and went out of their way to help us. We asked for early check in and thanks to the hosts we were provided with it. I would 10/10 recommend to book this place for anyone who is interested in staying very close to downtown dubai / business bay areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiant for our work trip, and it met all our expectations. First and foremost, it was exceptionally clean, which I believe is the most important factor for feeling comfortable. The apartment had a lovely balcony and received plenty of sunshine, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, there was no noise or disturbances from the building, which made for a peaceful stay. During our time there, we did experience some WiFi issues on the first night, but our host was quick to address and resolve the problem in a friendly and efficient manner. There were two minor things missing that would have made the stay even better. First, wine glasses or cups—there were only regular glasses available. Second, a soap holder or a washing liquid dispenser would have been helpful, as we had to place the soap directly on the sink. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

Kensho Stay, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had all the information I needed for a smooth visit. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Das Ankommen verlief ohne Probleme, allerdings hat beim Eintreffen das Wasser, Internet und die Klima nicht funktioniert. Noch am selben Abend kam ein Mitarbeiter von Cosmica und hat alles gelöst. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation überragend und perfekt. Nach kürzester Zeit wurde zu jeder Tageszeit auf die Nachrichten geantwortet. Ich habe eine tolle Empfehlung für einen Helikopter Flug bekommen, der für mich sogar gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt wurde. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr zentral und sowohl Marina, als auch Strand und Riesenrad waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziges Manko ist, dass es trotz der Höhe sehr laut war durch den Verkehr. Nachmittags hat es sehr lange gedauert die Wohnung per Taxi / Uber zu erreichen, da die Straßen überfüllt sind. Alles in allem hat aber alles gepasst und Cosmica hat uns bestens betreut.

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.
