Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

We had a fabulous stay, it was exactly what our family needed and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful. They sent my husband cookies for his birthday and when checking in one time had said 3pm instead of their usual 4pm. When I told them my arrival time was 3.30 based on the 3pm communication they said no problem we’ll send an extra cleaner to have the house ready for you in time! Now that’s service. I was so happy with everything about our stay

Danke an den Gastgeber. Die Regeln haben mich an meine Jugendzeit auf einem Internat erinnert wie z.B keine Schuhe im Haus oder ab 23:00 Ruhe. Aber die Villa war einfach wunderschön und kann es allen empfehlen die Ruhe und Luxus suchen. Vielen Dank

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The private pool was a real highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth. Check-in was easy and friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. Good Place, We find the place at Eid Weekend Holiday for Good price.

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour de 15 jours dans ce logement. Il y a un excellent emplacement car il se situe à 5 min de la plage et de toute les commodités. Lorsque nous avions une question l’hôte été très réactif. Merci pour ce séjour mémorable, nous reviendrons.

The stay was wonderful and had an excellent time..Jillian was very prompt on queries and helped to see that we were comfortable all along the duration. Would like to visit again during my next trip as well.

A perfect stay in a prime location on Palm Jumeirah. Th8 Apartments is part of the Th8 Hotel building and consists of private apartments with underground parking and concierge service. Residents and guests can use all the hotel facilities (two swimming pools + children's pool, restaurant, café, gym). Our one-month stay left us with wonderful memories. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen island, a maid's room with a third separate bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The balcony faces west so you can enjoy the setting sun every day. There is a smart TV and a router with a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas hob, Nespresso machine, milk frother, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We highly recommend this place.

Amazing view from 27th floor. Right on dubai marina - amazing location centrally located. Lots of restaurants , cafes and cruise pickup point right there. Quite lively in the night. supermarkets is nearby. Lovely weather in December. Cleanliness was upto mark. The apartment was as it is in the pictures. Host was approachable and helpful with check out. Mary’s place was perfect for me, right next to the Dubai marina. Mary’s place had everything I needed, the bed was so comfy. It was really clean too. I felt very safe here and the people that work in reception in the building are helpful. If I needed anything or any questions Mary would be a message away. If I am ever back in dubai I will defo stay here again. Thanks again!

Stayed in many apartments in the Marina and this one was by far the best, great access to Marina and JBR. Khadija's was an excellent host, super responsive and couldn't do enough for me. Would highly recommend.

Все прошло отлично.Квартира точно как на фото.Большая кухня.2 туалета Полотенце ,гель для душа, мыло, фен, утюг гладильная доска все на месте Очень большой балкон с выходом из спальни и гостинной комнаты и самое главное это чудесный вид на канал.В Комплексе есть теплый бассейн, шезлонги и кафе на первом этаже с вкусной едой ,также в доме есть супермаркет и аптека.

Le logement de Marta est très bien, la réalité est même mieux que ce qui correspond sur les photos. L’emplacement parfait, les équipements de l’appartement parfait. Nous étions une famille de 4 avec un enfant de 3 ans il y avait tout ce qu il fallait, et s il nous manquait quelque chose Marta était très disponible pour répondre à nos besoins à chercher des solutions. J’ai rarement connu un service de conciergerie aussi exceptionnel, je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cette appartement. Merci encore à Marta pour sa réactivité sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse

one of the best locations in Dubai, close to the tramway and metro. 5min walk to JBR and 2min walk to the promenade. close to Marina Mall. the place is cozy, great for solo travels or couples. I recommend 👌

Excellent service close for everything close for the beach close for the restaurant they have a supermarket downstairs. Everything is friendly very good. We have a good time and everything clean and nice seeing everything look like the photo and they’re very good. The owner and they respond every message that he text me that he called me for anything and they’re very nice and they have both you can rent and they give you good tours I recommend everybody they can rent the apartment and they have a very very good communicated in the apartment is so beautiful. Everything is beautiful and everything is close. The beach only like five minutes walking the rest restaurant downstairs the beauty salon, the supermarket downstairs in everybody’s friendly and the marina is the perfect spot. You can stay because you’re very close for everything

Amazing stay - great location and dirext connectivity to Dubai mall. if you have a car, parking is great with super quick access to apartment. It is only hassle during peak hours at Dubai mall due to connected parking.
