For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, your welcome and your kindness. See you soon.

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Normandy! The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! If you’re considering a stay in the area, this place comes highly recommended. It truly exceeded our expectations!

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment, especially the spacious private garden part, as well as the possibility to use the pool. The courtyard ensemble is very well maintained and the complex is particularly appealing. You wake up and the air is filled with birdsong. Fracois and Sybille are exemplary hosts. Too bad we couldn't spend more time there!

Very good stay in a pretty and quiet estate. Likewise for the cottage, it feels good with the beautiful terrace. I recommend it.

Perfect and relaxing weekend. The location is ideal for visiting Mont-Saint-Michel and its surroundings, while enjoying a peaceful and serene setting. Nathalie's thoughtful touches and the option to enjoy the jacuzzi for an hour with the reservation add real value to the stay. We were warmly welcomed, and Nathalie was very responsive to each of our questions or requests. The cottage, impeccably clean, is decorated with taste and simplicity. It is also very comfortable, with quality bedding and complete amenities. We highly recommend this address and hope to return as soon as possible.

Excellent stay, the mobile home is very well equipped and of good quality in a peaceful residence, many activities are available. The indoor and heated pool is a big plus, as well as the proximity to the beach! Very refreshing for my 4-year-old son and myself, the disconnection was total. We'll be back ☺️

We had a fantastic 11 night stay at Isa and Jean-Claude’s cottage. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. Their hosting style is very personal, they tailor the cottage set-up to match the occupants which is very much appreciated. It is clear that they take pride in providing an excellent service. Jean-Claude met us to show us around the cottage and he gave both us and our young daughter very thoughtful gifts making us feel instantly at home. The cottage itself is spotlessly clean and very modern with everything you could need. It’s super comfortable and very peaceful at night. Our daughter particularly appreciated the pink outdoor lights! The pool is close by and is very well maintained, we spent a lot of time there. The beach is also lovely and again is very easily accessible, it’s about a 10 minute walk. The town is easily reached on foot. We really enjoyed our time at this cottage and would happily recommend and stay again. We’ll remember this holiday fondly.

Beautiful, modern accommodation with high-quality furnishings and many small extras, where you can see the hostess has thought things through. Very well-maintained pool, in which there was usually little going on and a quiet, beautiful residential complex in general.

Clean and functional renovated apartment, welcoming and decorated with simplicity and good taste. Loved delicacies: tea, sugar, salt, pepper... toilet paper, sponge and cleaning product, garbage bag: we always forget something, but Virginia thought of EVERYTHING!

We stayed only one night because we had a wedding nearby. Alexandra and her husband were very welcoming. The house was impeccable, as described. The little extra: the playground in the garden for the children, they loved it!

Awesome last minute decision! Fantastic place lots of charm the sheep were an awesome morning wake up with coffee. So happy we booked this. Great hosts, great location. Highly recommend

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. We had a very quiet and restful 2 night stay in the gite. It was in very tranquil surroundings and perfect if you want to get away from it all, but be within distance of the coast and other attractions. The accommodation was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Claire and her family were extremely friendly and helpful and very proactive in asking if we needed any help & reaching out to offer advice about the locality, etc. We would definitely like to return next time we are in the area.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Lovely house, wonderful views, beautiful surroundings

The apartment is very nicely decorated and a good starting point to explore St. Malo or Dinan. We rode our bikes to Mont Saint Michel from the apartment. The bike path leads through the fields and forests and along the river. We highly recommend the apartment.

Mireille’s place was set in a beautiful location, overlooking the beach. The sunset was stunning. The house was very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The outside space was beautiful also and it was very pleasant sitting outside when the weather permitted. There was all the equipment and amenities we desired. Mireille gave us some great recommendations for eating out and was there to meet us on arrival. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, an excellent five day stay. We used the house as our base to visit sites around Normandy..
