Very nice and quiet home close to town but far enough away to be more private. The house was well maintained with lots of windows and an abundance of natural light. Jayne was very communicative, friendly, and helpful.

This is one of the most well thought out homes I’ve ever stayed at globally. The home is stunning and so well designed, even more beautiful than the photos. We loved how the pool was next to the master bedroom. This home has everything you need and more. Would love to stay agin!

Roadrunner Ranch was a magical place to stay. Great communication from Rob and a lovely home that matched the description. We were not disappointed.

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

The Dell is beautiful and private. James was professional and easy to work with. There are loads of amenities: big screen TVs, robes, and makeup mirrors in every room. There are comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas. The pool and hottub were clean and there were plenty of towels. The Dell is surrounded by wildlife, we had rabbits, quail and roadrunners visiting. There was even a blood orange tree that provided some fruit for breakfast. The Dell had some homey features such as plenty of blankets and an impressive collection of Fiesta Ware. This place is perfect for a houseparty with a family or four couples.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property lived up to its amazing reviews, offering a perfect setting for our family. There was plenty of room ensuring comfort and convenience throughout our stay. I highly recommend Zein’s and Mo listing especially to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and family-friendly environment. We can't wait to return for our next vacation !

This was our family's first time staying in an airbnb and Zeina and Mo made it easy and feel like home. They had clear instructions for everything and responded very quickly if I had any questions. The home was beautiful and fun! Our family loved the backyard!

Fabulous home in beautiful surroundings. Lived up to the amazing photos and then some. Spacious, clean, modern yet homely with everything you could need in terms of cook and tableware. Stunning scenery and extremely peaceful so lovely time spent on the patio each evening. Hosts were super helpful and proactive - could not have asked for more from the trip Highly recommend this home to everyone and anyone!

What a find! Reese's place was so well organized, spic and span clean and a great location. You are entering a new home with every luxury comfort at your fingertips. A perfectly decorated home, that is well stocked and ready for you to enjoy. Being pet friendly, the gym and the Tesla charger were an added benefit. If you are looking for the best stay in Julian, you have found the right spot. As a high maintenance, very picky individual, I would gladly give this place 10 stars. This serene hilltop location is everything the listing promises. Tucked away in seclusion, it’s the kind of place where you can actually exhale. The view from the deck is breathtaking — rolling hills, vines, and the kind of quiet that’s hard to come by these days. Birds wake you up chirping in the morning, no traffic. Inside, the home is cozy, perfect for a peaceful solo retreat or a relaxing weekend for two. Out a few miles are several boutique locations — and We texted for in and provides so we could take long walks with our pup under the trees. Waking up to the sound of birds and rustling leaves, watching the fog burn off from the valley below — it’s one of those stays that makes you forget to check your phone. Highly recommend if you’re craving calm, comfort, and a little wine country magic

This is truly a unique and beautiful place. We were surprised to find such a private designer home so close to Julian. The views are awe inspiring, and the house and decks are built to maximize the view. Alyssa was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Me and my family had an excellent stay at this home, and the pictures didn’t do the scenery any justice, there was amazing views ! House was super clean when we arrived and Claudia was quick to respond to any questions we had, 10/10 experience would definitely stay here again.

This house was in a beautiful location with great sunsets from the front deck. The house had all the accouterments that were needed with a well appointed kitchen. Driveway is steep as mentioned in the description but worth it.

Our stay with Roberta was absolutely lovely! The place was a little hard to find but following the written instructions provided made it so much easier! The location was super private and beautiful. Roberta was available to talk to whenever we had any questions which was lovely. It was clean and organized everything looked just as it did in the listing! The wood burning fireplace was one of my favorite touches! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again if I’m ever back in town!

We had the most incredible stay for my laid-back Bachelorette weekend! The home was exactly as described - a peaceful mountain getaway with stunning views from every window. It felt secluded, yet was just minutes from downtown Julian. The house was spacious and cozy, with super comfy beds and an amazing hot tub that we all loved. We saw tons of wildlife (including a bold raccoon who stole my mom’s flip flops!) and felt completely relaxed the whole time. David and Lisa were outstanding hosts. They left snacks and water, stocked the bathrooms with thoughtful extras like toothbrushes and toothpaste, and were so communicative before, during, and after our stay. The video directions made getting there easy, and they truly made us feel at home. My group is already talking about coming back. I can’t recommend this place (or these hosts!) highly enough. Thank you, David and Lisa, for helping make such a special weekend even more memorable!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful location! From the clean interior to the peaceful nature outdoors, my family had an amazing vacation. Danny went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and so much fun. I highly recommend this spot when in the Julian area!! We loved the hiking, the pond, the game room and the jacuzzi!! Shambala consists of a beautiful, comfortable house and breathtaking grounds. Many lovely places , inside and out, to sit and talk or read or just gaze at the panoramic view. A dazzling pool. Excellent birdwatching. A truly well-equipped kitchen. A fireplace with ample wood. You can't help but relax and unwind. Truly, a heavenly spot. Jill couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful into her dream home. Unfortunately, we hadn't understood the bedroom-to-bathroom situation when we booked. Only the master bedroom has its own bath. For bedroom#2, the bathroom is downstairs. With bedroom #3, the "attic" bedroom, it's two flights of stairs, one of them outside and quite steep, to a bathroom. For three older couples, this was not ideal. We still had a marvelous time.. .

This was a beautiful and recharging getaway for me, my husband and my friend. We really enjoyed the space, the fireplace, the comfortable beds, and well working hot tub. The nature was beautiful and the hosts were very responsive to our needs during our stay. We would love to come back again.

I stayed with my family, awesome place, kids had a great time, super clean, super recommended, beautiful view, spacious, easy to find and with private parking, hosts super nice and easy to communicate with.

Lisa’s place was a gem! We enjoyed being secluded but also being 10 mins away from the town! Would recommend for people with pets as Lisa’s backyard is fenced and it was super convenient for our pups to go outside. Great stay and would love to come back soon!
