The huge terrace, which runs around the apartment and partially covered, offers magnificent lake views towards Juist and the open sea. Newly built cottage on a direct water or beach property "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen for ideally 2-5 people. The direct view of the water is possible from the bed and living room. Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is available at all times via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for sup riding. Opposite is also the indoor games world at the holiday village of Wangerland. To the North Sea (e.g. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) or Jever about 15 minutes.

The highlights of the apartment are the exclusive bathroom with its own sauna and the south terrace with great views and beach chair.

Dune castles right on the beach

The Dünenschlößchen is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. The restaurants, shops and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. The apartment must currently be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which means that the cleaning costs (see additional costs) of 120 EURO are waived and only the cleaning fee of 45 EURO for bed linens and towels under "Bed linen fee" will be charged (information under "Additional rules").

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
