Accommodation of approx. 22m2 with ceiling, private bathroom with shower, private kitchen with fridge and induction hobs. The annex is placed as an angle on the carport/utility room and is located in the garden. There are 4 sleeping places, two on the loft and two on the sofa bed. Duvets/pillows/bedding/ towels/ kitchen towels are for free use. A washing machine/tumble dryer can be borrowed, however, just as the glass house is for free use with the host couple. The property is located about 2 km from the fjord and forest as well as 8 km from Juelsminde.

Lovely little cottage by the beach

Really cozy and lovely little summer house in a quiet summerhouse area, 50 meters to private beach with swimming bridge. The house is furnished with a neat kitchen/living room/living room. Small room with bunk bed, bedroom with double bed and access to small bathroom with shower. The house is close to charming Juelsminde town - here you can experience the really cozy marina and the very special atmosphere it provides. Here are Golf, mini golf, MBX tracks, put a take, nature playground everything is close 😊

The house is built as 2 separate the house under the same roof. This means that you can easily be around the time when you want privacy. This is ideal if you have two families vacationing together. In the small “annex” of 50, there is room for 2 adults and 2 children. Here is the kitchen bathroom and toilet. In the big house, there is room for 8 adults. Here is a large kitchen its own shower / toilet and bathtub. The house belongs to its own jetty, fire pit, sandbox, trampoline and outdoor hot tub.

Lovely, cozy holiday home close to Juelsminde town and harbour - also called 'Lille Skagen'. Walk distance to shopping and Juelsminde center. Experience the cosy atmosphere around the marina with great restaurants, fish shops, ice cream houses and specialty shops. The cottage is located in an attractive area with 150 meters to the beach and 500m to the marina. Take the children down to the marina and do crab racing or play in the playground. Legoland and Lalandia about 1 hour drive.

In the facade shop, I run a small cozy hairdresser salon, and in the “house” garage our adult daughter runs a flower shop, 🌺while the new refurbished back house + the first floor houses the 74m 'large holiday home. The flowery garden has two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecues can be enjoyed in the sunshine.

We stayed with Peter in the summer and had a lot of fun here, beautiful location in the middle of nature and a lot of peace and quiet. At the apartment is a small terrace with roofing and direct view of the lake. bathing here is on the small sand/stone beach. in the neighboring village of juelsminde, there is everything your heart desires, long, quiet sandy beach. Shopping and a nice harbor with restaurants. In addition, Peter is simply a top host, always reachable, super friendly and has taken care of everything your heart desires.

Juelsminde & this home are hidden gems! My family loved our time here! The home is clean and perfectly situated for a great view of the beach & water. It’s also quiet and private. Our favorite place to be was their covered deck facing the water. We loved walking the beach to town for great restaurants and shops. Martin & Christine we’re excellent hosts & very accommodating. We didn’t want to leave.

Very nice summer house... we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week very much. You even have sea views from the house. Right in front of the house is a beautiful beach with great walking opportunities. The house offers everything you need and is comfortably furnished. Supermarkets and the harbor are easily reached on foot. Thanks again for the stay

We spent a wonderful week in Charlotte's house and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The location is good and very quiet. The equipment offers everything you need. Especially the oven creates a pleasant atmosphere. The contact with Charlotte was pleasant and straightforward. Thank you!!

Pia was an extremely nice and warm host (who offered us the day of departure, but just to stay for the rest of the day). The days with her were super relaxed and cozy, so right on the beach. It's already special to enjoy the view over the bay from the dining table in any weather... For us - with three adults and children - there was definitely enough space in Pia's Sommerhus... even to retreat in Anneks and do the few work handles that were still necessary despite the vacation. (It certainly makes sense to think about in advance, if you are staying in the passage room to the toilet, so to speak, and who does it in a way out of the way in Anneks, but who looks much less out of the way than expected due to the complex of the property.) We will be happy to come back... and now also know how to move the sliding door between the living room and the bedroom without waking everyone up again. 😉

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage surrounded by trees and a peaceful pond in a lovely farming area. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Anette & Per were extremely attentive and proactive—everything was thoughtfully prepared and well-organized. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway!
