Enjoy swimming in the pond right next to the house, which is just for you. In winter, we recommend snow chains. Parking is possible behind the fence or in the garage.

Private room - small attic apartment with private entrance from the hallway (33m2) hallway and staircase shared with the owners of the house. Kitchen equipment - fridge, microwave, ceramic double cooker, kettle, toaster, sink and washbasin. Car parking in front of the house in a quiet street. Location of the house - to the city center about 15 minutes walk, public transport about 300 meters. Possibility of sitting in the garden under the pergola, meat preparation on a gas grill, use of granite stone or smokehouse (when staying for 2 or more nights).

Don't have your own cottage? No problem, we will be happy to welcome you to ours in Hrabětice in the Jizera Mountains. Unfortunately, more than 8 of you will not fit in, but even that is a decent number, for example, for two families with children or a group of friends. You will find the cottage near the Severák ski resort and at the starting point of the Jizera Magistrale. You will have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious and equipped kitchen, a living room, a children's corner, a ski room and a large garden with private parking.

There are four rooms in the cottage named Josef, Agáta, Tereza and Maxmilián. The cottage is located 1 km from the Bukovka ski resort. Nearby are the Lucifer and Tanvaldský Špičák ski resorts, Lučany swimming pool, Josefův Důl dam, Jára Cimrman Museum, Wooden Toys Museum, Jewelry Museum... Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.
