Roberta is a super attentive person, she prepared the apartment with all affection to welcome me, leaving even candy and a handwritten message. It allowed me to check in a little earlier, presented me with the apartment in person and left tips on what to do in Santos during my stay. She always answered all my messages quickly, even before the apartment was booked. Airbnb is very well located, located very few meters from the beach, on the same block as an Oxxo and close to 3 different malls. It is also close to markets, pharmacies, gyms, restaurants, bus stops, a laundry, etc. The apartment has the necessary to prepare and store meals, towels, tank, clothesline and other essentials in everyday life. To begin, I have to say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than can be repaired by photos. The extremely smelling bath towels. The impeccable beds, each with a keep and bedding. In addition to the other things, the loft is to be congratulated. The ap is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

My family and I loved staying at the apt. Célia and Rosana are extremely requested in all matters with us. The apartment was impeccable, beautiful, spacious, super comfortable. To the leisure area of the condominium is fantastic, beautiful and complete, we use each space. The apto is located on the avenue of the beach we were on foot, just cross the avenue, we were super satisfied with everything, and we will certainly return to the hotel in the near future.

Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

We had a great stay. Very quiet and well-located condominium. Very good house, matches the ad. Beautiful view mainly of the rooms. The elevator in the house made it too easy! Pool was pleasant even with the cloudy day. All very good rooms, all with suites. We had no problem.

Great stay in an impeccable home We rented this house in Guarujá to reunite our family and the experience was excellent. The house is exactly like in the pictures: wide, well-equipped, clean and very well maintained. All rooms are comfortable and functional, ideal for large groups. The outdoor area is a standout, perfect for moments of leisure and rest. The entire structure has fully met our expectations. We love the place, cozy, clean and organized apartment... the condominium is beautiful, super quiet and safe... right in front of the beach... if you have another opportunity I would come back here again. Pedro was very cool.

We travel with family ( children, the elderly and pets). The house is exactly like in the pictures. Breezy, clear, and clean. Joceli asks a lot, always responding cordially and quickly. We hired Kelly's services, which served us in a caring and respectful way. Unfortunately during our stay the sauna and dishwasher were in repair. Regarding the location of the house to the beach, if you are going with young children and the elderly you will need to use the car to move around ( this did not harm the stay at all, but it is worth the information).

Ideal accommodation near Guarujá, especially for enjoying water sports. The house is spacious and has everything you need. Recommended!
