By far, one of the best hosts I've ever met on the platform! Extremely polite and patient, moreover, the apartment matches the photos and what is expected for the region. The only issue, however, is not Rafael's fault: the garage is quite cramped and the employees of this garage are quite disorganized, and do not give precise instructions as to which tower is his, or how his car will be delivered if someone parks behind it (and this happened on the way out). I recommend the place and the host and would return

It was a wonderful stay! The environment is really as described, super appropriate for a couple, the view doesn't even need comments, wonderful. And because it is in front of the sea and on the avenue, we were surprised by the silence that is in the apartment. The surroundings also help a lot, as everything is close by, we don't take the car out for anything, lol. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

Mrs. Maria was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The apartment is simple, but very well maintained, clean and complete, with everything we need. The location is also excellent, with easy access and nearby options. A positive point is the parking inside the building, in addition to the avenue in front being quiet and safe to leave the car. We had a small problem with the electric shower, but as soon as we reported it, Ms. Maria promptly took the necessary steps and, in just 30 minutes, the electrician was already on site to resolve the issue. Everything went very well and I definitely recommend the place!

We had a great stay, the flat is the same as the photos of the advertisement! The view to the beach is amazing and the location is excellent, all very close, beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, shopping malls… the communication was also very fast! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Quiet stay Well located flat, close to several restaurants, malls and bars, and with a beautiful view of the beach. Marcelo was quick and friendly. It's very worth the cost-benefit. We'll be back for sure!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

I loved staying at Bruno's apartment, everything was very close and the neighborhood was super safe. I visited 3 beaches and even went to Santos to visit because the Uber motorcycle was very cheap. Bruno equipped the entire house to make me comfortable, even a hair dryer, bedding, cleaning products and kitchen utensils so that I didn't need to bring anything. The pool is also great and I would definitely come back other times!

Agile entrance, adequate parking, helpful and polite staff. The building is older, but the apartment is completely renovated and fully functional. Excellent quality internet, new shower, good bed, cable TV. Anyway, excellent and I easily recommend it.

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!
