Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft außerhalb von Paris. In 15 Minuten ist der RER-Bahnhof erreichbar und man ist nach 20 Minuten Fahrt im Herzen der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist schnell und unkompliziert, die Unterkunft (vor allem die Küche) sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bad modern. Für Paris-Aufenthalte, bei denen man das Auto stehen lassen möchte ohne teure bewachte Plätze suchen zu müssen, ist die Unterkunft perfekt geeignet.

Séjour d'une nuit. Les instructions sont claires, le logement impeccable (propre, acceuillant, fonctionnel, respect de l'intimité et bien équipé), accès en autonomie facile et bien expliqué. Christine est attaché à bien accueillir ces hôtes et cela se ressent. Pour le stationnement, j'ai pu me garer à 100m environ du logement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Merci Christine.

I have just returned from an amazing five nights in Paris. Nathalie’s place was my base and it really felt like a home from home. It was equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee maker with excellent coffee, and tea making facilities. There is a shop very close by where you can get supplies. It was very hot while I was there but there was a fan so I was able to keep cool especially at night. As a lone female traveller it felt very safe and secure only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the nearest station which was 15 minutes into Paris, and there were always other commuters going in the same direction even when I came home very late one evening about 11:30 pm. Nathalie was very friendly and welcoming, and very quick to reply to emails if I had any questions. Lovely Anya, the cat was always on hand to welcome you back at the end of a busy day, she is very sweet. I would definitely recommend this lovely little apartment in a peaceful setting.

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Wir waren 4 Nächte in dem ruhig gelegenen Haus mit zwei Kinder. Das Haus hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Tageslichtbad hat eine Badewanne. Der Supermarkt ist 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Der Bahnhof ist etwa 20min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Morgens haben wir nur das Vogelzwitschern gehört. Sebastien ist leicht zu erreichen und meldet sich sehr schnell bei Fragen. Außerdem gibt es zusätzlich eine freundliche Assistentin, welche stets erreichbar ist. Bei der Begrüssungsmail gab ein leicht verständliches Video für den Self Check in. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jedenfall und würden selber nochmal wieder kommen.

Azoulay’s place was beautiful and very clean. The space was perfect for having three bedrooms and a balcony. The price listed was also great. I would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Stephane; vielen Dank dafür! Die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und der Balkon war für uns, als Reisende mit zwei Kindern, perfekt um sich abends noch einmal zurückziehen zu können, wenn die Kinder bereits schlafen. Von der Größe her hat die Wohnung für uns vollkommen ausgereicht. Vor allem der flexible Checkin und Checkout war für uns sehr angenehm. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen wenn wir wieder in Paris sind.

Patrice’s place is absolutely stunning and his hospitality was next to none. Patrice greeted us on arrival, showed us around and instantly made us feel at home and like we could come to him any time for questions. The view is incredible and the photos don’t do it justice. We sat out there on the roof one night just drinking our wine and didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else. Short walk to metro which takes you to all the major sites in Paris. Would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Paris. Thank you for having us Patrice.

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e ordinato, con una cucina molto funzionale. Era disponibile anche del te, caffè per un benvenuto. E' presente un piccolo giardino ed un portico dove ci si può sedere per un piacevole relax. Situato nel quartiere del Marais vicino a ristoranti, supermarket e fermate di autobus e Metro. Eric è stato molto ospitale accogliendoci ed illustrandoci esternamente i siti più importanti e all'interno dettagliatamente tutta la casa. L'unico neo il bagno che non ha nè finestre e nè un aspiratore efficace. Grazie per la bella esperienza.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.
