Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Joinville-le-Pont

Very well located accommodation outside of Paris. The RER station can be reached in 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city after a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host is quick and uncomplicated, the accommodation (especially the kitchen) is very well equipped and the bathroom is modern. For Paris stays, where you want to leave the car without having to look for expensive guarded places, the accommodation is perfect.

The host was incredibly helpful, we didn’t speak much French but their English is amazing and they made sure we felt at home and comfortable!

I have just returned from an amazing five nights in Paris. Nathalie’s place was my base and it really felt like a home from home. It was equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee maker with excellent coffee, and tea making facilities. There is a shop very close by where you can get supplies. It was very hot while I was there but there was a fan so I was able to keep cool especially at night. As a lone female traveller it felt very safe and secure only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the nearest station which was 15 minutes into Paris, and there were always other commuters going in the same direction even when I came home very late one evening about 11:30 pm. Nathalie was very friendly and welcoming, and very quick to reply to emails if I had any questions. Lovely Anya, the cat was always on hand to welcome you back at the end of a busy day, she is very sweet. I would definitely recommend this lovely little apartment in a peaceful setting.

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Azoulay’s place was beautiful and very clean. The space was perfect for having three bedrooms and a balcony. The price listed was also great. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Stephane's; thank you very much! Communication went smoothly. We immediately felt comfortable and the balcony was perfect for us, as travelers with two children, to be able to retreat again in the evening when the children are already asleep. In terms of size, the apartment was completely sufficient for us. Above all, the flexible check-in and check-out was very pleasant for us. We would definitely book the apartment again if we were back in Paris.

Patrice’s place is absolutely stunning and his hospitality was next to none. Patrice greeted us on arrival, showed us around and instantly made us feel at home and like we could come to him any time for questions. The view is incredible and the photos don’t do it justice. We sat out there on the roof one night just drinking our wine and didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else. Short walk to metro which takes you to all the major sites in Paris. Incredible stay in an incredible location! Beautiful ground floor garden apartment totally private and quiet. Super helpful hosts!!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.
