Location is very safe and easy to access. Drive to waterpark is around 15 mins. Place is 3 mins drive to a supermarket and lots of eateries nearby. House condition is slightly on the older side. Some of the fittings can be easily improved to make the place more comfortable. Overall, met my expectations and is a pleasant stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Angie’s Cottage stunning Airbnb, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, offering a serene escape while still being conveniently close to local amenities. The house itself is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. Communication with Angie was seamless throughout our stay and she was always quick to respond to any questions. Our stay at Angie’s Cottage Airbnb was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this wonderful retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable getaway.

Flexible check in and responsive host. The place matches its description and really big. Comes with extra foldable bed and pillows to be used. The location however was bit tricky to get to the house (kept showing the closed entrance) and had to turn around few times to find the main entrance but super easy if you find it during daylight. Definitely worth the money as it can fit a lot of people at one time.

Qi Hong was a great host! highly responsive and easy going host who did whatever he could to make our stay as pleasant as he could! House was clean and very well kept, exactly like described. Loved the location. Very convenient for our program Entire process and experience was pleasant and comfortable for our trip. Estate was new which made the entire experience better. Water pressure in all the bathrooms was great. Aircons were working well. Overall, very nice place!

Angies was really a good host and very prompt in responding to our needs. She went the extra mile to get playmat for my baby and ensured the things we need are at the house before we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely love to visit again soon!:) thank you Angies!

The overall experience was good. The place was clean and comfortable, looking exactly like the pictures. It was slightly difficult to find the location using Waze/Google Maps, possibly because it is in a new and developing area. The house is newly renovated with everything being new and comfortable.

The host is super friendly and responsive. They even prepared some snacks and welcome drinks for us. Super super nice.

Perfect stay, host responded within one hour for all my questions, and also provided me ant killers amost within 30 mins as there were some ants around. (very effective, alll ants gone in a few hours) Place is clean too, and very comfortable. The food around is also very nice, highly recommend the malay store, opposite an indian mamak. portion, taste, price is all very good. Will be back again soon for small weekend getaway. Checking in and out was easy. Not far away from Mid Valley shopping mall, you can walk there if you want. We decided to extend our girlie trip so got Mandy's apartment on the 2nd night; we stayed in the different tower on our 1st. Was having a little difficulty opening the gate when we first got to the apartment. The key doesn't seems to fit, but later, found out that the gate wasn't locked at all. Apartment was clean with great views. There are 2 rooms in this apartment, we only use the master room since it can fit the 3 of us. Got hot water heater and there are shampoo and bodywash available. You just need to bring your own tooth brush and laundry detergent if you plan to wash clothes. There's a lot of hangers to use. Aircon is powerful also. Overall, it was not a bad stay. Good host.

My family and I were in Johor Bahru for a wedding and a weekend getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is spacious, clean, pleasantly scented, and offers a lovely view. It’s well-equipped with quality amenities and thoughtfully prepared to welcome guests. Being attached to a shopping mall with attractions for children was a great bonus. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. This will definitely be our top choice for future visits to JB.

Both host and person in charge were friendly and responsive. Really love the vibe and surrounding. Great for family outing. Rooms were big and spacious. Bathroom and toilet were clean. Definitely book again!

Nice place to stay if you have your own transport. You can park your car within the premises. There is a bbq pit if you want to have bbq and host did check whether I needed bbq tools. Place is clean and 3 queen beds with 1 sofa bed. You can request extra pillow and blanket if you need to sleep on the sofa bed. Host was responsive and prepared the place well. Decent stay.

It was an overall great experience as the place had a great ambience and was spacious and clean. The host was very hospitable and friendly .Children loved the Karaoke room and the billiards table.The location was very close to all amenities and food places .

The unit is spacious and it was just nice for my family of 8. The boys loved the pool table and the game room was ideal for us to have our card game. the fully equipped kitchen means the kids could have thier late night instant noodles and the fridge and other kitchen amenities was useful for our snacks. i loved the washer n dryer, super convenient and host even provided detergent for us. i only wished that the shower water pressure could be better. other than that, it was an awesome place!

HouShang was a beautiful and cosy spot with great vibes all around. The rooftop was the cherry on top—we got to enjoy an incredible sunset view over Batu Pahat right from the Airbnb. Check-in was simple and straightforward. While the entrance is located in a back alley, it was well-lit at night and easy to find. Overall, it was a fantastic stay at HouShang. I’ll definitely be back!

well -equipped place. Adults games such as mahjong and tables, drinking games etc provided. Tv box available for multitude entertainment. proper dining table with utensils, plates and bowls for use. Beddings are comfortable (sofa can be converted to bed). location is impeccable. Lot of food options just downstairs and near Aeon Tebrau area.

Coco was extremely helpful in helping us with the check in process, and the place is situated near loads of amenities walking distance to great restaurants and eateries within the area. Neighbourhood is extremely quiet, and the property is well maintained.
