The house has big yard for children to play around, big balacony to take sun and Pirita river just next to the house for swimming. For children we have some toys, playstation, board games and more. Солнечная квартира для экономных. Квартира находится на 5 этаже 5-этажного дома в городке Маарду. Обратите внимание, у нас нет лифта и простой дом, поэтому мы держим низкие цены :) Отличное предложение для двух-трёх гостей, особенно для путешествий по работе. Всегда есть где поставить машину, на такси из города 12-20 евро. Автобусная остановка в 5 минутах, три больших супермаркета в 7 минутах. Рядом лесопарк и много велосипедных дорожек.

Tallinn is 40 km away by highway. Lot of clean nature, privacy and silence around.

The studios are on the villa's ground floor, our home is on the next floor. Both studios have separate entrances and both have a serene view. This studio is with a forest view and also with partial sea view.
