Beautiful home, great view and spacious

Great luxury stay near Puerto Morelos. Property was as described and pictured. Great space, pool, air conditioning and kitchen. Unexpected maid service halfway through our stay was a plus. Concierge service through Dora was outstanding. She helped set-up professional chefs, masseuse, and snorkeling as well as manage our arrival and departure. Overall great location for our family of 8 reunion!

La casa esta simplemente hermosa, tiene todas las amenidades y herramientas para pasarla en familia, amplia, limpia y muy bien cuidada. Las atenciones de Ana fueron muy buenas, siempre pendiente y con buenas recomendaciones. La ubicación muy buena, zona bonita, el residencial muy tranquilo y sobre todo seguro. We appreciated the opportunity to stay here. It's a beautiful home inside tucked away in a gated community. Situated between the Colonia and Port side of town, which means easy access to both. We could even bring our pet along for our stay. The pool is a great addition that my family enjoyed. Would stay again!

We spent a wonderful week at Mi Mar! The view from both terraces was breathtaking, and the location was peaceful and conveniently close to Puerto Morelos. Considering the challenges of maintaining a beachfront property, we truly appreciated the unique details and creativity that went into the construction of this home—especially the stunning ceiling on the second floor and the way the palm tree shadows danced with the light in the fountain area on sunny days. While it’s not luxurious by typical U.S. standards, it’s a perfect vacation home for a group of 8 family members or friends. Appreciated owners fast communication and checking on us!

Firstly, the house is absolutely beautiful and furnished in such a tasteful and homely way, you could want for nothing else for a bit of luxury on holiday. It has every amenity you could possibly need, from kitchen supplies to beach supplies, plus Julie and Jessica were on hand for anything else (including putting up with our hundreds of questions!). Both were so friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for trips or restaurants, it was much appreciated. In terms of location, it’s perfect, in a quiet green gated community, which is a flat and easy 10-15 minute cycle to the beach/shops, which is not overly touristy and has beautiful white sands to relax on or take a snorkelling trip out to the reef. Julie kindly provides three bikes at the house, but you can rent more if needed. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again!!

We had an amazing week long stay at Jaime's place! The home is absolutely beautiful and the hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive the entire time we were there. We were able to take advantage of the pool and the BBQ and the kitchen was well equipped enough for us to reliably cook at home. Really nice that to have a big jug of drinking water and an electronic dispenser on the kitchen countertop, easy to have refilled as well. We had a rental car which made driving 5 minutes down to the beach a breeze, never had any issue finding parking. Would highly recommend and would 100% stay again!

The house was a work of art: beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Lots of thoughtful details like fresh flowers, bikes to use, and the fan running to cool us down when we arrived. The garden was a peaceful place to enjoy my morning coffee. The location was quiet and peaceful. Great house for 2 couples or a family with older kids.

Trish went above and beyond to ensure my stay was absolutely wonderful and beautiful. She made me feel like the most important guest. The location is amazing, set in a local neighborhood that’s quiet, safe, and super convenient, with easy access to food, groceries, and public transportation. Super easy to go to the beach. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, which made my stay even more comfortable. She responded quickly to any questions. I truly felt at home and at peace, and it was hard to leave. I would definitely stay here again. Thank You!

Un séjour à Puerto Morelos comme on les aime! Lucy et son fils Sergio - qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée - sont des hôtes parfaits! La maison, située dans un voisinage calme, est confortable et correspond à la description. Le transport collectif, les taxis, les petits commerces de proximité et quelques restaurants sont accessibles à pied facilement de la maison. Nous avons vraiment apprécié à notre arrivée les attentions comme l’eau et quelques breuvages, ainsi que les produits de base fournis! On s’est senti comme à la maison. Ce serait un plaisir d’y revenir!

Un très bel endroit a 5 minutes en auto de la plage, Johny était très serviable, le resto à côté un vrai délice. Nous recommandons cet endroit

El alojamiento esta alojado del lado de la colonia sobre Avenida Timón que es una calle llena de negocios y transitada a unos 10 minutos en carro del malecón de Puerto Morelos , incluye bicicletas por lo que moverse es sencillo , frente al alojamiento hay una base de taxis y también pasa el transporte publico que te deja un par de calles por 10 pesos desde el malecón , las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo , baño completo , por lo que se tiene el equipamiento necesario para una estancia cómoda , la única recomendación seria agregar algunos trapos de cocina para secar los trastes después de utilizarlos .

I spent about five weeks here through April working on a book project and loved the simple, authentic feel of the house and town. I miss Puerto Morelos already. You get the feel of full autonomy while having access to Mimi next-door for any questions. Located in La Colonia, the more local part of Puerto Morelos, it’s relatively quiet, walkable, and there’s everything you need nearby: tortillas, fruiterias, great restaurants, and parks. I cooked most meals in the simple kitchen and worked in the living area with the fans on and the windows open. The AC in the bedroom was great for sleeping. Internet was solid. The jungle edge location was peaceful. I saw monkeys in the nearby park one day! Mimi was super helpful and the town felt very safe. Easy access to beach, cenotes, and airport by bike taxi or bus. Overall great value if you want something real rather than a resort.

We went straight to our first air bnb after departing from the airport and it was a total nightmare. Nothing was described as is. We ended up canceling our reservation and Selene was able to accommodate my family of 4 quickly and efficiently. Less than an hour after canceling our previous air bnb and we were all settled into this amazing getaway! House was big and clean - everyone had their own space with air conditioning in every room to keep the family cool while we were on downtime from our activities. At night it is quiet, peaceful and safe. The pool was perfect for cooling off - and balcony was awesome for star gazing. We will be back!!

Jenny’s place was perfect for our group! It is a beautiful oasis not far from the beach and the downtown. It took us a bit to figure out the name of the complex is Punta Aveno, but once we did, transportation was easy. Renata and Jaimie were super responsive and I really appreciated their quick response to our needs! All and all a great place to stay!

Brent’s place was lovely and spacious and in a great, safe, peaceful and private community. Brent was always kind and helpful. We got taxis easily back from the beach where there are lots of restaurants and a supermarket and we walked easily in the other direction to La Colonia (the nearby town) where there are lots of restaurants and a big supermarket. Jessica, the property manager always responded quickly and was very helpful. Large bottles of water were provided on arrival and when we needed more, Jessica organised this which was appreciated. She also organised fixing a puncture on one of the bikes for us. We had everything we needed (just a problem with the upstairs Wi-Fi, which Brent and Jessica will surely fix). The air conditioning worked very well all over the house. We were happy here!
