Chalet in the Privê Monte Serrat Condominium in Gravatá. Well ventilated and extremely cozy and comfortable. The condominium is one of the largest, most complete and best in Gravatá. It has a privileged location (close to the PRF station), on the banks of BR-232 and has a complete leisure structure, including a heated pool, extensive green area, in addition to a lake, multi-sports court, soccer field, tennis court, full playground. Perfect place to enjoy nature with family.
