The accessible apartments "Oybin" and "Mönchwalder Berg" can be reached at ground level on the ground floor. There is a kitchen-living room with a dining area. The bathroom has appropriate grab bars, undertravelable washbasin and disabled toilet, as well as shower stools. In the bedroom, there is a double bed with enough space for wheelchair.
