Great apartment in a wonderful location. Lot’s of restaurants and stores surrounding the area. I recommend the Little by Little brunch shop just downstairs for breakfast. The balcony along with the washing machine was a very nice additive to the place. The MRT is so close to use for travel around the city. Both Nikki and Jimmy were very responsive to my messages. I definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Taipei in the near future.

The butler is warm and friendly, attentive and polite, note that we have a small baby proactively provide a baby bath with our companion, help us solve the situation where the phone card is unusable, the listing provides several travel guides in different areas, there is also a promotional driver charter service, the driver is very friendly, take us to play Yilan for a day, introduce local food, and the service😊🙏🏻 is very satisfied with this time I chose Bitan this trip

Just as described, the apartment has great views. It is also clean and well maintained. The apartment is so close to Taipei MRT station, extremely convenient. It is also within walkable distance to many popular eateries including the famous breakfast place, Fuhang soy milk. I also want to specifically thanks the host for going extra miles to help us retrieve something that we have accidentally left behind when we checkout. Finally, I can confirm that Taiwan people are friendly, helpful, welcoming and honest. We will definitely visit again in the near future.

Very friendly host! Good communication, quick response. The house is in a very convenient location, with transportation, shopping malls and restaurants close by. The interior of the room is spacious, well-maintained and well-equipped.My family and I are all living very comfortably. Can't recommend the house enough!

I took my 21 month old daughter & my mother (visiting from Canada) to stay in Taipei at Grace’s home. We had a lovely stay and my daughter had an easy adjustment with their travel baby bed & high chair. The place was clean and near convenience stores which is great for us. The beds also were big and very comfortable. This mama had an amazing nights sleep for 2 nights!! Also this body was extremely responsive and proactive! I felt very comfortable staying at their home. Thank you so much for everything 🩷

The location, the host's response, and the apartment itself were just perfect. The cleanliness of the apartment, of course, but there was nothing lacking in the kitchen or bathroom, which made the host feel everywhere. There are several parks nearby, so it is recommended for families with children.

great location. stayed here twice, both time the unit was clean and quiet. between 2 subway stations and accisible to 3 different subway lines.

The hosts are very kind & made me feel home. Helped me with the restaurant nearby, which is within the budget, and it really tastes good. I am travelling with my mother-in-law, who is 80 yrs old, and the hosts allowed us to check in early. The place is cozy, clean, and comfortable to stay. It was an amazing experience, and we are looking forward to be back soon.

This place was spacious and matches the photo! Very responsive. The place had everything we need and highly recommended to people who like to have a bit more family space together than a hotel room(s). Location wise: there’s hiking trails just less than 5mins away and need to walk approx 8-10mins to the Metro entrance but there are u-bike nearby.

I used the accommodation for 4 people. I was satisfied with the clean interior and spacious space.

Ji's place was fantastic! We were traveling with 4 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 infant and a dog and Ji's place had more than enough space for all of us. The kids loved all of the children's amenities - the swing, rock climbing wall, little reading nook, toys and board games. The location was great - lots of restaurants nearby with a tasty ice shop right across the street. There is no parking on the premise but we were able to find parking with no problem in the nearby parking lot under the bridge (roughly a 5-10 mins walk depending on your speed). Ji and team were very also responsive and accommodating!

It was our first time in Taiwan and we are so glad to be able to book Maggie’s place. She is very accommodating to us. The place is also great which is only 5-10 mins. away from Ximending and other shops. It’s also complete with amenities which made us really comfortable theoughout our stay. We will definitely book again if ever we will be visiting this beautiful country again.

The apartment is exactly as described, and we had a very pleasant stay. Its location is excellent, with a metro station nearby that makes it easy to get around Taipei. The host was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help with an issue I had. We highly recommend this place. We had a wonderful stay—this home is ideal for large families who need multiple bedrooms. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with individual air conditioners in every room. The location is convenient , right across the street from a major MRT Blue Line station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Taipei. There are many amenities nearby, including convenience stores, supermarkets, and coffee shops. It’s just two MRT stops to the Xinyi district shopping malls and three stops to the newly opened LaLaport shopping mall, both offering a great selection of shops and restaurants. Anthony was an outstanding host—friendly, helpful, and very responsive. He came by personally to welcome us and give a quick tour when we arrived. We’d be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Taipei.

Ivan was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, close to everything, even though it’s next to the train station it’s not that noisy at night. A lot of amenities to use including a washing machine. The only downside is that the bathroom smells a little because it’s an old building and we’re not allowed to flush toilet papers down (common issue for a lot of old buildings in Taiwan).

This place is clean and convenient, located close to the MRT station. The host is helpful, responsive, supportive, and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth trip and accommodate our schedule. We have no regrets about staying here.
