Great location with a lot of space inside!

Elena 回覆非常快速且禮貌友善。 優點：這是一個距離「忠孝復興」捷運站非常近的地方，鬧中取靜，生活便利，地點優越。旁邊有另一扇門，應該有另一戶，但是隔音很好，完全沒有噪音。整體空間是2025年剛剛裝修完成的，我很喜歡馬桶有自動清洗的功能，入口處的掛衣空間設計很便利，整題的空間很舒服。 缺點：位於五樓沒有電梯，有長輩或嬰兒車的人要考慮一下。 床睡起來有點硬，冰箱有點小。

Our priority for our short stay in (very loud) Taipei was to find a place where we would be able to recharge after a day of sightseeing, get away from the noise, and sleep well at night. Zev's apartment was a great fit for us. It's located in a side street with less traffic. The apartment has great noise-proof windows. It also has blackout curtains that make it pitch black at night. We didn't hear any neighbors apart from people walking down the hallway on the same floor. The apartment is very tiny - tinier that we expected but for a short 3-day stay it was fine. The bathroom is also small but with sufficient space to lay out all your stuff by the sink as well as take a comfortable shower in the cabin. The entire building is new. So new in fact that it wasn't fully finished inside. But we didn't hear any construction noise. It was nice to stay in a modern building in a modern apartment. Apart from not getting the Wi-Fi password the first day, communication with the host was fine.

The apartment was clean, cosy, and spacious enough for a family of five—definitely worth what we paid for. The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin, so you could hear the neighbours now and then. The location was great—just a 10-minute walk to Shilin Night Market and close to the MRT, local eateries, and convenience stores. Overall, it was a great stay, and would definitely recommend this place!

交通非常的方便 我從捷運站出來到房園沒有需要提行李上下的地方都有人行道 旁邊飲食也非常的方便選擇性非常多 甚至斜對面還有一間專門酒品專賣店 （他的藍牌比免稅店便宜） 還是強調一下這邊交通真的是太方便了 晚餐跟同事坐捷運直達西門町吃王品的燒肉 吃完了回來再去信義區逛百貨公司從空橋一路走到101再走回來 回來後發現旁邊巷子整條都在是賣吃的 可惜我晚餐吃太飽沒有辦法再試了只能下次了 這是因為出差的關係只有一個人跟只住一天 早知道這邊如此不錯就應該順便帶家人來及多留兩天 下次還有機會再過來 這附近 我還是會在選這間

Felt right at home with place

The apartment was huge & spotless—everything felt new and well-maintained, which made settling in super comfortable. The views from the place were a nice surprise too, overlooking the vibrant city streets below and the river it really gave me that “I’m in Taipei” feeling every morning. The location couldn’t be more convenient. Just steps away from all the restaurants, cafes, and shops in Ximending, plus only a short walk to the MRT station, +15 minutes To Taipei 101. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Taipei in Luxury western style condo.

SUPER CLEAN! This place was absolutely stunning, the view from the corner windows is panoramic, gorgeous mountain and ocean view. STEPS from Jiufen Old Street, yet completely private. Family Mart and 7/11 are both even closer than the Old Street for convenience. Videos sent by the host allowed us to easily access the property, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

CP值真的很高，因為車站附近的住宿都太貴了，這裡離車站也不算遠，算是方便的距離，這個房間該有的都有，也有飲水機👍👍👍如果住宿預算有限，非常推推唷

This listing is located in a peaceful location yet close to the subways and main street. The listing was easy to locate in a relatively peaceful location. We loved how the listing was well equipped with a lot of amenities and provided travelling quests with essential items such as the Electric Airpot(Hot water dispenser), additional pillows, blankets etc. All these were extremely helpful in the cold weather. The feel and decor is cozy and allow us to feel relaxed when we are back. Host was exceptionally friendly and good to communicate with. Requests for items such as Tissue boxes were addressed promptly the next morning. Host also dropped by to pass on snacks and drinks for the New Year Eve which added to the great hospitality that we received. Great house, Great location and Great host :)

We really enjoyed staying at Coho's place. The apartment was clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the MRT station and Shida Night Market. Coho was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again in the future!

8명 친구들과 여행하며 묵은 숙소입니다. 독특한 내부 인테리어가 인상 깊습니다. 정돈은 잘 되어있는 편이고 소가전들도 잘 갖춰져 있는 편입니다. 위치는 지하철 역에서 가까워서 이동하기 편리했고 주변이 조용하여 좋았습니다. 즐겁게 놀고 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 아쉬운 점도 있는데, 노출 콘크리트 벽과 천장, 우드 가벽과 같은 마감재들이 사람이 생활하는 집 보다는 촬영용 스튜디오 같은 느낌을 줍니다. 주방 벽도 노출 콘크리트라 돌가루 같은게 떨어집니다. 식사 준비 하기엔 좋은 환경은 아니었어요. 화장실 벽도 우드에 페인트칠 되어있는데 곰팡이가 피어있습니다. 가뜩이나 습한 대만에서 물을 쓰는 공간의 벽이 타일이 아닌 것이 잘 이해가 되지 않네요. 독특한 인테리어 구조는 딱 도면과 사진에서만 아름답습니다. 여러모로 건축물 자체로만 봤을 땐 완성도가 아쉬움이 많이 남습니다. 호스트의 서비스는 매우 좋았고, 소통도 잘 되어서 그 점은 매우 좋았습니다. 캐주얼한 숙소를 찾는다면 추천하지만 잘 지어진, 생활하기 좋은 숙소로는 그다지 추천하지 않습니다. 그래도 감사했습니다! 이 피드백으로 더 좋은 숙소가 되길 기원합니다.

Overall a pleasant stay. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-located. A few small details like the address given by the host and single keycard for two guests affected convenience slightly, but it’s still a solid option.

This place is super clean, cozy, and stylish! The area is peaceful, and feels really safe, plus it’s super easy to get around and there’s no shortage of yummy foods hereby. The host is super nice and made me feel right at home,.If you’re coming to Tamsui, this is the spot. I’ll totally be back!

This is a small studio apartment on a floor with several other apartments, attentive staff during business hours, and a very convenient, quiet, residential neighborhood. The room itself is basic, and really only comfortable for a solo traveler or a couple. Very tall people may find the bed to be short, but it was comfortable. There was cleaning offered every other day. The floor is run by a group from the local church, and a staff member with good English skills is there to help during business hours. Several local people rent adjacent apartments. You should also plan to be quiet, and to be respectful of some lightly Christian decoration in the shared hallways. There is a delightful private courtyard and easy access from the road in a very residential neighborhood just north of 大安 park. You won't find nightlife or even many restaurants close, but the park is the main draw. Early risers will find many groups practicing tai chi and other Chinese exercises. You can even join in!

This place was beyond our expectations! It was located by Yongkang Market, near the Dongmen MRT. So many great shopping and food options surrounding it. The property itself was comfortable and cozy. I absolutely adore how family-oriented it was; they had provided all baby and toddler equipment. My daughter especially loved the slide and toys made available. We are so grateful for the responsiveness and friendliness of the host!

Overall it’s a great experience! It’s a super convenient location, close to Shilin MRT, and near a traditional market plus lots of eateries. It would be great if there were a dryer in the unit as some foreigners are more used to having one. There is a washer. Clothes stick & hangers are provided for hanging wet clothes on the balcony. But as I know, most households in Taiwan don’t use dryers.
