This is a home away from home, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi detached house with a shared pool and laundry services. (There are 2 separate rental homes on the same area of land.) There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with comfortable seating, 300mbps internet throughout, 130+ Claro tv channels on a smart tv. Situated in central Catarina you are 2 minutes walk from the mirador and the local bars and restaurants. This is one of Nicaragua’s best kept secrets.

Your guest house is located in the small-scale bungalow park Villas Vista Masaya with fantastic views of the crater lake Masaya, just like the bungalow Chaperno. Own pets are not allowed. 1.5 km away is the town of Masatepe, where there is a supermarket and a daily market for fruits and vegetables.

As the house is located at +550 mts above sea level. It has the perfect climate. Chilly at night (you might want to use thin blanket and wear a vest) and during the day you are perfectly of in shorts and a t-shirts without being hot or cold ( about 22 degrees Celsius or 72 Fahrenheit).

The name pays perhaps a daring homage to Famous Studio 54; also playing with our birthyear, but just with the name. This a beautiful brand new house built for our guests. It's located close to the main highway, yet far enough to keep the noise away. It's in the middle of a pretty garden with spacious, living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom bathroom and working station. It also has outdoor space, laundry and a beautiful terrace.
