Holiday rentals with beach access in Jinhae-gu

Such a beautiful and relaxing place in BUSAN. Strongly recommend this accommodation! The host is so friendly and responsible. The beautiful view and the comfortable environment made us felt so relaxed and there’s lot of cafe near the accommodation which is really convenient for us. I would choose this acclimation again if I go to BUSAN again:)

Much better than the pictures, clean and comfortable for kids. It was quiet, the location was nice, and there were many amenities. Good communication with the host, friendly, and quick to respond and resolve. If I could stay in a place like this at this price, I would choose it again and again. A place that only I want to know about!!!

I am traveling with an injury and this place was insanely accessible and easy to get to. you literally take one subway stop south from Busan station, choose exit 8 with the lift and you're literally less than a minute away. the pictures and instructions from the host were very clear and I got to the accommodation easily. the view is spectacular from the windows, the place was comfortable and light and airy and very functional. I asked juju for some food recommendations, and I liked it so much I extended my stay a few extra days. the host also was attentive throughout my stay, sending someone to grab the garbage periodically. it was very comfortable, well furnished and I was very sad to leave. will book it again next time I'm in Busan. loved the area, BIFF is a short walk away and you also have the buses literally outside the apartment building. thank you for everything, Juju!! look forward to my next stay!!

Staying here was a great experience. Gemstay was close to tons of great restaurants and right beside a subway station so it was very easy to get around. Like others have said, the washroom is a bit small but it was fine for the few days we were there. Would highly recommend!!

It was my first trip to Busan with my family, so I looked around a lot and decided. As soon as I entered, the view was crazy ~ I was happy with a glass of beer while sitting by the window in the evening, looking at Gwangan Bridge, and the location was so comfortable for me to stay with my children ~ I had a good time in a very clean place with a good scent ~ ^^

Everything was as advertised, just a small issue with the first door instruction that you needed to hit the Key button and end with # to get in. But we figured it out. Good stay, no issues.

It was a pleasant stay. The room is super clean and beds are so comfortable. Location is good with beautiful sea view.

The host is very kind and is always quick to reply. She also left various notes in the airbnb with explanations and instructions. Not only that, but you can tell she really wants her guests to feel like home as she tried to provide with as much things as possible. I've never been to airbnb providing toothpaste, shaving foam, cleansers, etc.. The area is also very quiet, with nice view of the ocean. I highly recommend this place.

It's a quiet, clean, and lovely place to stay ~ It's my second visit and I'll leave you a review because it's still spotless. The sea is within walking distance, and you can see the sea from the terrace or the mirror in the master bedroom, and the morning sunrise was beautiful. It was nice to have a convenience store and coffee shop right in front of the accommodation. The accommodation is very, very clean, and the bedding is fluffy and clean, so you can sleep well. The bathroom was very clean and there were plenty of towels. There is a washing machine, rice cooker, toaster, Dyson hair dryer, and air purifier, and there is also a water purifier, so you don't have to buy bottled water. There were no shortages of kitchen utensils. There is a barbecue available on the spacious terrace, and there is a large table and several beds, so it was a great place to visit as a family or a group. I felt the care in decorating the space in one place, and the hosts were on the first floor, so they took care of me right away if I needed anything. It was a great place to stay for my healing trip, so if I come back to Songdo, I will visit again.

The accommodation was so pretty and friendly, so it was nice. All the friends who went with me were satisfied that they found a pretty accommodation.

Ha..... It was the best Airbnb accommodation I've ever been to since I was really born. I really loved and loved Busan, but when I was born, I went on my first solo trip to Busan, and I was excited because it was only seven years old, but I was excited because it was a place I stayed for the second day, so I checked in late in the morning because I was spending my schedule in Haeundae.. I originally tried to fall asleep, but as soon as I entered the accommodation, I didn't think I did it so late, why did I check in so late.. If I had actually checked in on time, I would have been at the accommodation all day long.. The playlist also made me want to come in my brain, so it was my style.. The sensibility of the people who went there was also like the host, and I cried and smiled alone while looking at the guestbook! It was a very warm and thoughtful space, so I'm definitely going to revisit. I posted it on Instagram, but there were so many inquiries about the accommodation, so I hope it will prosper, but I only wanted to know, so I only told my close friends. I'm sorry.🩷 I think the sincerity was conveyed. I was also very touched by the welcome card. Thanks to you, I was able to end my happy trip to Busan, so I was truly grateful!!!!

Definitely not bad for the city for the price If there are guests talking loudly, you can hear them. Easy to get to the elevator Convenience store nearby (Seven/CU) Garbage disposal is different from other accommodations.

I was so satisfied with the accommodation!! The atmosphere was really good and there was a lot of food around, so I had a good time! I want to come again when my friends come down next time!

It was a space that made me realize that happiness is not far away. I think rest is very important. Through rest, we learn and gain the driving force to live. This time, I will get happiness through this space. As soon as we entered, I loved the very pretty porch that welcomed us, the bright lights, the fragrant scent, and the appropriate temperature. I will never forget the night view of the sea through the Jacuzzi window. I think it will be a memory and a driving force that will help me run again when I am tired and exhausted. When you climb up the rooftop, you can see the magnificent bridge and the vast sea at a glance. I felt like the sea was embracing me, and I was happy. The condition of the room was so clean that it was comparable to any hotel. The sunlight coming in through the kitchen and dining table was also very nice. The bathroom was so neat, so it was really nice. I think it's a space that always comes to mind when I come to Busan. We would like to thank the host for creating this space.

I absolutely loved this place! It looked exactly as shown in the photos. Waking up around 4-5 am to witness the sunrise was truly stunning. The view was gorgeous, and I appreciated that it's within walking distance to the beach. The amenities are good! The bed and pillow and soft to lie too! This place is clean & comfortable!

This is the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in with Airbnb! Location was amazing. Home was beautiful. Host was extremely friendly and responsive. If there was a higher rating than 5 that is how I would rate this home! Loved it!!!

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The interior design was fantastic, and the relaxing spaces on every balcony were simply amazing. The cleanliness was on par with, or even better than, a 5-star hotel. We were a group of nine people, including adults and children, and the space was more than enough. Our whole family was very happy with our stay. The host’s communication was excellent as well, and the location was super convenient! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

10/10 would recommend - PLEASE stay here the next time you’re in Busan!! The entire home is even better than the photos show. The space itself is huge and perfect for a group! We loved the layout and separation between the master and the second and third bedrooms. This gave each person their own space and privacy, with a great communal living room to spend time together. Everything was pristine and clean. The other huge plus is the view and building! It’s ultra modern and as described each room has an incredible view of Haeundae Beach. We originally had more plans on our itinerary but loved the views so much we spent a good amount of time in the home. The location is perfect if you want to explore the beach and just steps away from the Mipo station to take the sky capsule. And lastly the host Eric was kind and extremely responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed for check-in and responded to all my questions within minutes. We’d love to stay here again! Thank you Eric!

We had a lovely two week stay. The home was well equipped for day to day living, rain or shine. Bedding was comfortable, charger available for phones and iPad, wifi worked normal and Netflix on TV. Would stay here again next time in Busan.

Amazing location with wonderful breach views, close to the food market, convenience stores and attractions for a family vacation with 2 kids. Rosie is a great host who provided great recommendations and was very prompt in answering all our questions and any issues we had.

After the wedding, I chose it as a place to rest for the elderly who came from far away, and they were all satisfied because it was so spacious, clean, and the scenery was good. If you have any questions, they answered quickly and accurately, so I had a very comfortable stay.
