Mrs. Veronika is very communicative, respectful, and friendly. She welcomed us and hosted us in person and baked us a great home Christmas. The entire apartment in the attic is very spacious and perfectly clean. It also has above-standard amenities - a spacious room with a ping pong table. If we ever go in this direction again, we'd love to stay here again.

The cottage was like a fairy tale, completely quiet, beautifully cleaned inside. Everything was surprisingly well-equipped. I haven't met such a nice host for a long time. Nothing was a problem. She accommodated us in everything, and we thank her very much for it! We had a great stay and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Jacob's place! The check-in process was smooth and personal, as Jacob welcomed us himself and provided clear instructions on how to use the amenities. We were 4 families (10 people in total), and the house was spacious and very comfortable for all of us. The highlight of the property is the beautiful pond—although it was too cold to use, we really enjoyed sitting around it and chatting. There’s also a charming chicken farm in the backyard which added a lovely countryside feel to the experience. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and cozy get stay

It was a nice, quiet, extended weekend in the country. My family and I had great fun. Nature is enchanting. The house and garden are very well equipped: you can barbecue wonderfully or use the trampoline, for example, there is also a pond. Mila and her husband are very friendly and helpful people. They responded very quickly to our inquiries and were always able to help.

Great communication with a very friendly owner. The apartment was spacious, clean and with a fully furnished kitchenette. The guesthouse is close to Třeboň and right next to the bike path, which is especially appreciated by cyclists. The guesthouse is suitable for families with children thanks to an enclosed yard. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We loved the place. As for the amenities, we were pleasantly surprised at how the apartment is furnished. As such, the area is very nice, it offers a lot of leisure activities and plenty of privacy. Kojákovice is just the place to recharge your batteries for a long time.

We stayed in the apartment La vie- Elegance. The room was beautiful, clean. Amenities even nicer than the photos. We had a great stay. The center was 3 minutes walk. Great location. Parking 50m from the accommodation. I'm sure we'd love to take another look. The apartment was equipped exactly as described by the host. Thank you We were extremely satisfied.

Very friendly and supportive host. Great place if you want to stay really close to the nature in an isolated location, still not far from a nice restaurant :) Place is bigger in real life then on pictures. Super warm house. There was around 0-5 degrees outside during the night, but in the morning it was still warm inside - around 22 degrees. Lovely view to the forest. If you're a fan of stars and want to run away from the light pollution in cities - you can almost see the Milky Way during the night! The house is clean. Kitchen is fully equipped. Clean and spacious bathroom with towels provided. Stairs to the second floor are probably the most comfortable I've ever seen in such houses. Indoor fireplace and electric heaters available for use. Several lakes around in a walking distance, forest just over the fence, number of castles 20 mins away by car. So you are free to enjoy the nature or explore attractions nearby. Or, why limit yourself, do both. To sum up - great place to stay!

We were extremely satisfied. Viktor is a very nice host, accommodating, helpful.. The holiday cottage he rents is very tasteful, comfortable and practically furnished (well-equipped kitchen). The surroundings of the cottage are very romantic, even nicer than in the photos. It attracts beautifully to lounging, idling, bathing in a barrel with warm water until night, going for a beer and a great dinner opposite to a small pub... but the landlord will also advise you on how to bike, where there is a pond for swimming... just such secrets of the region that you can't find on the map. We definitely want to come back here and thank you so much for a lovely long weekend.
