Apartment holiday rentals in Ji'an

Incredible hosts. There’s a cat that lives outside the building, she’s territorial at first, just give her treats and she will love you forever. Location is great, walking distance from Train Station, lots of local restaurants, gyms, laundry, cafe, tea. Will be returning. Great for short & longterm stays. Wifi can go in and out, I still was able to work in the building though!

Le logement est spacieux, très propre et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. En revanche, en tant qu’étrangers, nous n’avons pas pu louer de scooter, et les bus pour le centre-ville ou le Night Market sont rares et s’arrêtent tôt. Nous avons donc dû marcher plus d’une heure pour rentrer au logement. Nous avons aussi dû échanger via une autre plateforme avec la femme de ménage qui nous accueillait, mais elle ne parle que chinois, ce qui a rendu la communication difficile, même par message. Elle nous demandait de parler chinois alors que nous ne parlions anglais avec elle. Elle n’a également pas penser à traduire nos messages comme nous le faisions avec les siens. Petit conseil si vous êtes voyageurs internationaux : Pensez à vérifier avec l’hôte que l’adresse de la réservation est correcte, car la traduction automatique d’Airbnb peut être inexacte. Malgré ces quelques soucis (transport, adresse et communication), nous avons passé un excellent séjour et gardons un très bon souvenir du

We truly appreciated Sofia's apartment. It was generously sized for two people, allowing each of us to have our own bathroom. The interior was thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the apartment was impeccably clean, well-organized, and looked exactly like the pictures. Sofia welcomed us warmly and explained how to use the elevator dongle and the door code. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. There were also numerous restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was only about 8 minutes away. We were especially grateful for Sofia's flexibility with the check-out process. Since we had to travel to Taipei for work on short notice, she was very accommodating and allowed us to check out earlier than originally planned. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment! 🙏🏼✨

A great place for our family of 6 to stay at Viola’s condo. So close to seashore & night market! The interior of the condo is new & clean and very roomy! Viola is a great communicator! Thank you viola that you make things easy for our stay!

Das Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist sauber, komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist ausreichend Platz, hat die beschriebene tolle Aussicht. Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und in das Apartment eingewiesen. Die gesamte Kommunikation war schnell, freundlich und sehr hilfreich, auch mit Empfehlungen für die Gegend und Restaurants. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

房東人很好，住房空間很大，整體算溫馨，蠻適合朋友或家人一起來，感覺可以徹夜玩桌遊😂，還可以自己煮飯，只是床位不多～

I had a great stay at this apartment, after making it inside. I couldn't find it at first, but that was because airbnb's English translation of the message did not include the address, even though it was there in the original message! Because of this, I was actually brought there by the owner via car and shown inside in person, which was absolutely top notch service and super helpful. Just how kind, responsive and helpful the owner is not only in person but also via messages would have me recommend this place, but aside of that it's also just generally a nice place to stay. Shower is good, bed is a bit stiff but I did sleep well and this is the only place I have stayed in the entire country where there was an installation to make the tap water drinkable, which was nice. Close to the station, very kind host and just overall good for the few days you need to explore Hualien. I was even offered to go swimming in the mountains together, but didn't have my swimming gear with me. 5/5

屋主本身是室內設計師，將工作室樓上當作住宿空間，一進門就被室內裝潢給吸引住，原來這才叫「室內設計」。屋主很熱情友善還主動幫我們提行李箱，房間舒適，床很大很舒服，衛浴空間也很大，甚至還有超大浴缸，整體很喜歡，非常滿意。

Miss Sofia was kind and gracious throughout my extended stay in the apartment. She responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion, always maintaining a courteous demeanor.

我們來花蓮遊玩一周，非常享受在這間公寓的住宿體驗。公寓整潔乾淨，空間十分寬敞，明亮通透，整體品質非常出色。我們喜歡它的位置，非常便利，火車站、餐廳、超市和便利商店都很近，我們可以步行到很多想去的地方。每個房間都有獨立空調和風扇，加上天花板高挑，感覺涼爽舒適。所有的設備，包括洗衣機，都非常好用。來花蓮之前，我們有點擔心潮濕的空氣會讓洗好的衣服很難晾乾，但是把衣服晾在後陽台上，總是有很清爽的微風，衣服很快就乾乾爽爽。公寓是在一个安全宁静的居民区。房東非常善良周到，讓我們的花蓮之旅特別愉快開心。這是我們近些年旅行中住過的最好的地方之一。強烈推薦，下次再來花蓮一定還​​住在這裡！

Very good place to stay in Hualien, apartment is spacious, with big living room and big dining table. The host is very helpful and has a no-problem approach. Apartment is not the newest but its well kept and maintained. AC works very well, there is also water filter and bottled water provided by the host.

Very well furnished with quality furniture, impeccably clean and well kept. Functional living spaces for families and groups with large living and dining area. Located on the fourth floor without lifts, so not for those with mobility issues or heavy/large luggage

Wonderful hosts!!! . We were there during the earthquake and they checked immediately that we were ok. They then brought snacks for our long trip due to road closures. Very thoughtful! The place is a great place to stay. Very convenient and the beds are so comfortable. Thank you!

謝謝Ivy準備的一切，小窩因位於5樓沒有電梯，Ivy還會先確認好是否能接受才收取租金。一進門就會看到ivy準備的卡片以及點心，桌上還會有附近的美食攻略，每一間房間都非常的舒適溫馨，謝謝Ivy的用心，這幾天我們過的很愉快
