Cosy wooden summer house with an outstanding view of Gilwa Lake. Situated 2 km from Gietrzwald, geuine gem of Warmia's rustical architecture and history of Warmia in general. 55 sq. meters, built in 1975, well kept, with a nice, small, fenced garden. Ground floor consists of living room with two convertible sofas, long table and a fireplace. Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with warm/cold water and washing machine. Upstairs: two bedrooms and a balcony. In the vicinity of the house there's a holiday camp, where you can find all of the usual camping site attractions (swimming pool, tennis court, bar, volleyball court, bike rental, boat rental, windsurfing, etc.) extra paid of course. Inside, you'll find all the necessary equipment to prepare a home-cooked meal. For active guests, we have a boat, mountain bikes, and a water bike. The atmosphere of the retreat is highlighted by a unique rose garden, with colorful flowers and flowering shrubs. Do you like to fish or pick mushrooms? This place is perfect for you! The modern house is located directly on the lake shore "Niskie Brodno" with access to the lake via its own jetty, at the same time the property is located in the town of Brodnica with all the advantages of a town. A rowing boat, a kayak, stand-up paddle and bicycles are available to guests. The house is divided into two parts. One living area is rented, the other half of the house is private and is only used by me for holiday purposes. The public beach is a 5-10 minute walk away.
