I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. The location was perfect close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Simplemente EXCELENTE!! El apartamento de Andrés es moderno, elegante y está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía de primer nivel! Se nota el cuidado en cada rincón, con detalles que te hacen sentir como en casa, pero mejor. Andrés es un anfitrión excepcional: amable, siempre disponible y con una atención impecable que hace que todo fluya con naturalidad. ¡Una experiencia inmejorable que invita a volver! :)

Emilio was an excellent host, also great staff in the building. Located in a great neighborhood with market & pharmacy right new to the building. I definitely recommend Emilio's apartment and I'll stay there again myself.

이곳은 완전한 새 아파트이며 바로 인근에 일본 대사관이 있습니다. 무척 안전한 동네에요. (저는 jesus maria의 주민입니다. 저를 보기 위해 한국에서 온 엄마를 위해 예약한 에어비앤비에요. 스페인어를 못하는 아시아 중년 여성 혼자 지내기에도 아무 문제가 없습니다.) 방은 완전한 새것이며, 모든 것이 깨끗한 신식입니다. 온수도 잘 작동하고 호스트는 세심하게 챙겨주었습니다. 집 안의 가전가구도 모두 새것이라 잘 작동합니다. 제 엄마는 이곳에서 혼자 한달 넘게 머물렀으며 불편한 곳 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 엄마가 혼자 외출하여 걸어다니기에도 아무 문제 없는 안전한 동네입니다. 3분 거리에는 스타벅스와 파파존스 china wok이 있고, 5분 거리에는 대형 슈퍼마켓 metro가 있습니다. 10분 거리에는 대형 쇼핑몰 백화점 real plaza 살라베리가 있으며 그 안에는 모든 것이 다 존재합니다. 근처에는 방문할 리마의 맛집도 많습니다. 도보로 방문하기 좋은 곳으로는 señor limon, tanta, madam tusan을 추천합니다. 호스트와 그의 아들이 모든 것을 세심하게 챙겨주었습니다. 감사합니다.

Check-in was smooth and the front desk personnel are very friendly and welcoming. Claudia and Alonso's place was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean, spacious and even more beautiful in-person. We could look out the large windows at the best views! The coast line is right outside the doors with lots of parks, cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. We will return to Peru and stay with Claudia and Alonso again!

Zona accesible, cerca a restaurantes, bodegas, farmacias. El departamento limpio, ordenado y acogedor. El anfitrion estuvo pendiente...regresaría nuevamente en otra oportunidad

Fue una bonita experiencia para mi y mi familia alojarnos en este lugar, la casa amplia y bonita, la zona muy tranquila y transitable y sobre todo que me dieron la facilidad para dejar mi equipaje mucho mas temprano del horario del check-in , muchisimas gracias Alberto, en una próxima llegada a Lima me volvería a hospedar ahi.

Muy buena ubicación y buenos anfitriones

Nos alojamos en el departamento de Jackeline y desde el principio nos sentimos muy cómodos. El lugar está bien distribuido, es muy acogedor y cuenta con todas las facilidades necesarias para hacer nuestra estancia aún más agradable. La ubicación del departamento fue clave, ya que nos permitió movilizarnos sin problema a todos los sitios que queríamos visitar. Además, el edificio donde se encuentra tiene servicio de seguridad y limpieza de áreas comunes, lo que nos dio mucha tranquilidad. Nos sentimos muy agradecidos por su hospitalidad y atención, ¡sin duda recomendaremos su lugar y esperamos regresar pronto!

Wonderful cozy apartment with a comfortable queen size bed, located in a great walkable area with many restaurants and a large mall within 2-3 blocks. I would Highly recommend this apartment. It is absolutely perfect for 2! Pedro was a great communicator ensuring all of our needs and expectations were met. Don’t pass this one up if you’re planning a stay in Miraflores!

Loft increíble con vistas espectaculares. Espacio cómodo, bien decorado y una vista que realmente hace la diferencia. Totalmente recomendable.

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

El departamento es idéntico a las fotos, todo muy impecable y con restaurantes y tiendas muy cercas. El acceso es muy rápido. Las instrucciones fueron de fácil entendimiento y dudas resueltas rápido. Muy recomendable!

Ivan’s apartment was just as described. It was just right for our needs, it was walkable and everything was no more than a few blocks walk. The apartment is on the 12th floor of the building and during our stay there was a fire alarm that went on for about 15 mins causing us to exit the apartment via the stairs. The apartment had a comfortable bed and was just as described. I didn’t use the amenities. There was always a guard/attendant at the front desk.

Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.

This place is beautiful with an amazing view! The host was very helpful from the time I booked all the way until my last night. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Lima/Mira Flores. Especially any visitors not from Peru as the location is safe and convenient.

Apartamento ótimo e comunicação rápida e eficaz. Voltaríamos, com certeza! O único ponto que eu colocaria como melhoria, seria o sinal da internet que é um pouco ruim e não pega no banheiro. Porém, isso não afeta em nada toda a ótima estadia.
